Mark Levin Sends Warning to Trump and Rubio
The Right Scoop ^ | 11/13/15 | Mark Levin

Posted on 11/13/2015 8:44:12 PM PST by mbrfl

Mark Levin gave a stern warning to both Donald Trump over his recent attacks on Ben Carson and Marco Rubio for trying to smear Ted Cruz on the Gang of 8 immigration bill, telling them both that their attacks are unacceptable to him.

He told Trump that if he continued these reckless personal assaults on Carson, he’d have to affirmatively oppose him.

He pretty much said the same to Rubio, pointing out that he simply can’t accept Rubio’s smear attacks on Ted Cruz and that it was his decision to support the Gang of 8 and he would have to live with it.

Here’s the transcript of his comments:

Anyone who supports a Democrat over a Republican in the general election is a traitor.

So you would vote for Mitch or Ryan no matter what?

I say be careful about Carson. Carson has Christ. May end up surprising you.

Carson personally is a loser. That isn’t the thing that grows to prevail in pictures like this, however... mark my words.

If Carson knows his enemy is Satan, but Cruz only knows it is “Rinos” — then Carson already has a better focus.

Agreed. A rather crass and deceptive metric. It makes me think of those odious punchlists mailed out at election time for ‘how to vote right’.

Carson has Christ. Not even the gates of hell can prevail against that. You think worldly crap.

If you said he looked bad, the most we can say is that you said he looked bad.

He may have looked bad to you, and maybe not. We don’t really know. What we do know, many of us, is that he didn’t look bad.

So thanks...

See this is one of the problems with some Trump supporters. When they hear something they don’t like to hear they either attack the messenger, the source or trivialize or rationalize the problem away.

“It was only just that one time”. Really? That’s your response?

It is much more than that. Donald Trump has said he is a big fan of the SC Kelo vs New London decision. He has publicly stated that he is a big fan of eminent domain. And not to just build roads either.

Don’t believe me? Here is a video of his interview with Bret Baier about the issue and you can hear his statements for yourself and how he rationalize taking away someone’s private property as long as you pay them enough money and you are creating jobs. You know, for the common good, of the developer.

Exactly and it would be pretty easy for a candidate to rip Carson on the issues.

Yes, and I want to find out the facts about those issues.

I might add that refraining from making personal attacks gave Reagan that extra measure of greatness.

I’ll be voting for Cruz in our Michigan primary. Mark Levin is right. He has given any candidate that wants to a chance to be on is show and treated fairly. Trump and Rubio were just on late this week and he was fair with them. These Paris attacks change everything. More people will wake up. I’ve felt all along that Trump was breaking trail for Cruz in this race. He has not been critical of Cruz at all. Trump did a great service to our country in bringing illegal immigration to the forefront. He and Cruz now stand out and one of them will be the nominee. I hope the next debate is about foreign policy. We have to seal our border.

What is imminent domain?

They don’t care about property rights any more than Trump does. They just like the tingling feeling down their legs when Trump speaks from the mount.

Eminent Domain

The power to take private property for public use by a state, municipality, or private person or corporation authorized to exercise functions of public character, following the payment of just compensation to the owner of that property.

Federal, state, and local governments may take private property through their power of eminent domain or may regulate it by exercising their Police Power

Yeah, I know what eminent domain is, I was wondering just what this imminent domain is. Perhaps imminent domain allows public taking of private property for private benefit? Because I know Trump is a big supporter of that just like most liberals.

When El Rushbo was in his early days he was being used by the Republican Establishment who fed him their talking points during the Clinton Era.

Rush Limbaugh admitted the Republicans used to contact him a lot in the past during a recent show.

Back then Rush would refer to a Washington contact he had using the name “F. Lee Levin” and of course that was none other than Mark Levin.

I’ll agree with you that Carson appears more outwardly Christian than Trump, but only the Lord knows the mind and the heart.

Levin has previously defended Trump. I would take this one seriously. Savage said the same thing, and he has outright endorsed Trump.

It is not the end of the world. It is just that his “child molester” statement was really too much. Trump does not need to pick at Carson’s past. No one cares. If he must pick, pick at his political positions. No one will hold it against Trump if he simply stops doing it.
