Coulter after Paris attacks: 'Trump was elected president tonight'

Ann Coulter took to Twitter on Friday night to respond to the Paris terror attacks, saying that “Donald Trump was elected president tonight.”

The conservative commentator tweeted a series of reactions to the attacks that left more than 120 dead, calling for “no more Muslim immigration.” She also targeted recent U.S. college student protests, as well as American gun and immigration laws and proposals. Coulter ended her string of Tweets with: “They can wait if they like until next November for the actual balloting, but Donald Trump was elected president tonight.”

Exactly right. Trump has hit on the biggest single issue of the day---it touches the economy, it touches national defense, it touches the global warming crap by minimizing it to the nonsensical nothing it should be.

ONLY Trump has done this from the beginning and ONLY Trump has followed through with a promise to deport. Cruz hasn't.

That’s a bit premature to be saying that. The election is a year away and what was the response to the last attack in Paris which was only 10 months ago? Light a candle, have a march and go right back to bashing anyone who wants a secure border and immigration policy. Same thing will happen again unless there is a bunch of terror attacks in a row. We are dealing with voters who have cement in their heads, a 100,000 people could be killed and these morons would be right back to bashing people who want a secure border a week later.

Why? I have no connection to Virgil Goode. He can say or do what he likes.

BYW old buddy, Calling Pissant a friend puts you in rare company. That company hangs on DU.

As recently as last April Coulter was insisting that the Republican candidate in 2016 had to be a governor. And she dismissed Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, and -- yes -- Donald Trump as poor candidates because they weren't real political leaders.

That means that at least as far as Trump is concerned, Ann wised up and saw the light.

A smart person wouldn’t infect their life with evil on purpose. Brutus was thankful for the proximity he had.

Pissant was a regular contributor to FR and his posts were highly interesting before he got the zot. What he's doing now is no concern of mine. But nice to see you keep track of things like that Norm.

I was under the impression that you voted for Virgil in 2012 for President, did you not? If not, I stand corrected.

Do have a great weekend.

LOL!!!

We have never underestimated the sensibilities of the foo foo crowd and the PC zealots. They just are. They are always with us.

Just imagine, a real male— an old fashion American male outside of politics, shooting his mouth off, determined to bring a reckoning! The NERVE.

It’s a real knee slapper, isn’t it?

Ooops. I mean handkerchief drop.

Yeah, we don’t want a big nasty President. No sir, we want someone real nice who won’t offend anyone and who will strive, with all their Presidential might, to please all the people all the time.

How’s that working out for you?

P.S. the tweet you’re referring to was from 2000, someone captured the tweet and posted it as new. He didn’t have anything to do with it.

Nope. I didn’t vote for him. But he was completely acceptable.

Pissant went full metal Liberal on Palin. And actually he is the reason I started posting again after a long absence. So you, and the other ‘fans’ of mine have him to thank 100% for me being here. And that’s not an exaggeration. He literally made me start posting on political topics again because he/she/it was such human garbage.

My only regret is that Jim blasted him to Oblivion the day I hit my leftist tolerance limit.

Trump has done all the spade work in this campaign. He has sent all the GOPe candidates down to the kiddie table by doing the nasty work that Cruz didn’t want to do.

Even today, Trump said really nice things about Cruz.

Cruz has been able to rise without having to be the bad guy. Trump should be thanked for all he has done.

"Nope. Not everry time you tweet something and get called out. If so, you should never be President. If you can't hire PR people to do a simple task without screwing up, how are you going to hire people to keep us safe? Can't go, "Oops, didn't mean to do that. It was someone else. Not me."

After 8 years of a President who lowered the bar -- from the basement into the center of the Earth -- for sheer babbling agitprop, mau mau-meets-taqiya, and pure mendacity a la Alinsky?! HAW HAW HAW

Well Norm, I don’t personally set out knowing to keep evil company. I wouldn’t count Ms. Coulter so and I don’t think she is my enemy. If I am proved wrong and Brutus does get me, I pray I am right with my maker and trust that it’s my time to go. Have a good one.

Yeah, I think he was either completely sleepless or on some med in Ft. Dodge.

One (small) thing that does concern me. He is entirely accustomed to speaking off the cuff without notes---or with a single index card. There will be times in his presidency where he will have to speak from a script, especially in matters pertaining to foreign affairs. I have never seen him speak from prepared text. Are you aware of any of his formal speeches anywhere? You'd think he'd had to have done it many times, but I'd like to see one.
