Students at Occidental College who have occupied an administration building this week have demanded that campus safety officers stop wearing bulletproof vests.
The demand is one of fourteen presented to the administration by the students, who call themselves "Oxy United for Black Liberation." Other demands include the resignation of university president Jonathan Veitch, the creation of a Black Studies program, and hiring "physicians of color" to deal with injuries "associated with issues of identity."

The students have given the university until Friday to consider their demands. Meanwhile, they plan to continue occupying the three-story administration building.

On the other hand I'm waiting for one of these administrators to grow a set and tell these punks "If you don't like our institution, there is the door and BTW, mommie and daddy ain't getting their $40k back. If you riot the campus police will beat your ass and/or shoot you and THEN we'll expel you.
Anything I would post would be thought of a racist by many and thanks to Obama and his tribes, that thought would likely be correct.

Actually, they have a point. If there isn’t enough violence on campus to warrant banning guns on campus then why do the security personnel on campus have bullet-proof vests to protect them from guns?? Take them off and join the students in the same environment they must endure.

The chancellor’s answer to their ultimatum should be to throw them off campus for disrupting the institution. As governor of CA, Ronald Reagan told the president of UC to do his job or he will have him removed. Funny how the UC president and those below him grew a pair after that.

Turn off the power & water to the building. Post security at the entrance points. Allowing students to leave, but not enter the building. Bill the students for cost. Refuse diploma until paid in full.

So does this mean that Caucasian student/patients have a right to demand treatment by Caucasian physicians?
Does this mean that Caucasian physicians don’t have to treat Amish students.
Since injuries “associated with issues of identity” are most likely to be “psychological injuries,” does that mean that being Black makes you crazy?
Oxycontin, which will be FREE under OBAMACARE, to strike yet another blow against white privilege! Or whatever other nonsequitur they can think of!

When the university paid the danegeld, it only increased their demands.
Standing firm against their demands is the only answer.
