Are you saying there were three members of a drug cartel in Paris? If they took them out it’s because they weren’t being shot at yet.
If I’m in a place with a lot of people and two guys start shooting others I’d try to take them out. And hopefully they wouldn’t start shooting at those who are carrying.

shotgun and soft handgun rounds for me...I like my neighbors...houses are 20 feet apart...on both sides.
