Here is the problem with that. The first does not protect treason.

Immigration is a privilege applied to NON CITIZENS and can be subject to all sorts of arbitrary criteria, historically including education, race and income; I see no reason why religion couldn't be used.

Lets say Trump is elected, which there appears to be a good chance. All he would have to do is have investigations done against such for sedition-aiding and abetting etc. At that time, any Muslim center caught in the act of sedition can be shut down and leaders charged with treason through sedition. EVEN FORIEGN NATIONALS can be arrested.

They have the authority for naturalization, but, I believe it is the states who are to determine immigration.
