San Bernardino terrorist Syed Farook reportedly had multiple photos of a local high school on his cellphone, and amid authorities’ suggestions that the killer and his Jihadi bride possibly planned additional carnage, school officials feel they may have dodged a bullet.
“Absolutely. We are relieved,†Rialto Unified School District spokesperson Syeda Jafri told FoxNews.com. “At first we were very disturbed that something so horrific occurred so close to home. But we were relieved that it did not affect – physically – our staff and students.â€
The FBI found several exterior photos of Rialto’s Carter High School, which has 2500 students, on Farook’s cellphone, the San Bernardino Sun reported Wednesday, citing sources. That piqued investigators’ suspicions enough to prompt a search of Carter and several other area schools previously visited by Farook, a county health inspector.

There were four women terrorist in the Beslan attack.
Doesn’t surprise me in the least. There have been multiple similar threats against schools, school buses (hijacking) and school children for years.
So far, one hundred and sixty over the counter, untraceable cell phones have recently been purchased, paid for with cash in the early hours of the morning.
Anyone thinking these will be put into use very soon?
God help those children in gun free ‘safe zones’.
They had those thousands of rounds for a reason. As we have seen, one attack leads to the perps and their residences. The cache wasn’t for a series of attacks, it was for one attack with many gunmen.
Methinks someone lost their temper and decided to kill Nicholas Thalasinos at the present opportunity.
If he had several pictures of that school and none of any others he visited in his job as ‘county health inspector,’ then I would be very suspicious indeed. In fact, I suspect the authorities are nearly certain of it.
I believe this to be the case as well. There was a plan. They went rogue.
There was a pressure cooker outside a school in Florida. I think today but not sure.
What would it take to make these phones traceable? Require that they be paid for by credit? Require at least as much ID as for the purchase of a few packages of cold medicine?
I also have to question, what Farook could have done to the kitchens/food stuffs that he got to poke around while “inspecting.” Did he have a long range plan and tamper w/shelved items (a plan b if his initial plans were thwarted.)
I hope they are going over those areas (he worked in) w/a fine toothed comb.
Your theory is the best one I have heard making sense of all the evidence on hand. If this is the case, Thalasinos likely saved dozens, if not scores, of lives.
This also makes the reporters storming the aparment appear all the more criminal.
Having 2500 students, there very well may have been armed police regularly on site despite being otherwise a “gun free zone”. Good reason for choice of a known-unguarded facility.
That seems to be the most logical conclusion. I think we can thank God that they didn’t get a school. While it is terrible that 14 died, it could have been 140, or more! All of the victims were adults and had, during their lives, the opportunity to come to the Lord. I hope that all had given over their lives to Yeshua Ha Mashiach. We NEVER know how long we have on this Earth, so the sooner someone comes to Jesus, the better.
Enrique Marquez, the guy that provided two guns, is himself a muslim convert, and revealed to questioners that they had conspired to do an act of terror three years ago.
They cancelled when other terrorists got arrested in the area.

What this country needs is common sense muslim laws.
