What can not be ignored are these 3 initiatives which senator Cruz was pushing. Why was he pushing for 500% expansion of foreign workers when American IT workers are laid off replaced by cheap foreign workers? Was senator Cruz unaware of 94 million Americans of working age without jobs?

And why was senator Cruz pushing to give a path to legal status for illegals?

And why did senator Cruz vote to ease passage of Obamatrade?

In the senator’s own words on video...

I am very suspicious of of rich donors, since their economic interest is opposite of hard working middle class workers.

I will now begin attacking Trump.
I'm sorry who are you again? Or to be more accurate subterfug, who do you think you are again?

-— Wait a minute. He already said he wanted to increase these visas. -—

That was part of the procedural machinations that Cruz used to kill the Gang of Eight bill. It’s long and involved, but true. You can look it up.

There’s another article on it here with more detail, including on an OPT program expanded by Obama which is even easier for foreigners to use to work here than H-1B:

http://www.computerworld.com/article/3014365/it-careers/sen-ted-cruz-wants-minimum-h-1b-wage-of-110-000.html

Hira said the bill also “fills a critical void in the legislative policy discussion by closing President Obama’s disastrous” OPT program, which Hira, referring to the administration’s new program to extend the program, calls “a three year zero-wage guest worker visa that serves no purpose except to undercut American workers and students.”

Cruz voted with them on getting TPA passed, which effectively guarantees TPP passes (well, actually, it is automatically passed unless 67 Senators vote against it—such is the beast Teddy gave us).

I am not against free trade, at all, but where our subsidization of other nations needs to stop.

That is quite a post and I will need to give it proper review, but as I skimmed it, I fear I find at least some your premises flawed.

There is no sign Trump will give up and let Hillary win. There is no sign that Trump coordinated with Hillary.

There is no evidence to show Trump is conniving any conservatives.

Quoting from one of his books does not mean he doesn’t want the very outcome he is seeking. Negotiation can mean asking for more than you will likely get. So?

I will read it in depth a bit later.

I definitely respect you and your words, in general, but I honestly think you are not properly judging his character.

Refresher:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3367508/posts?page=86#86

And my response:
You need to review the facts. Abbott asked Cruz to serve as solicitor general and their stated goal was to find cases just like this one in order to advance conservative principles. They cherry picked cases that would get the most national attention.

Furthermore, this case deals directly with CFR and particularly with the report the Mrs. Cruz may have helped author. The case deals with Mexican citizens committing crimes in the US and then arguing that their cases need to be tried in an international court. The lack of superiority of national justic system in relation to the international court is a prime conservative issue.

This case started because of a 2005 memo from President Bush. Cruz, who volunteered for his job (as most Americans do), saw an opportunity to use this case to get the national attention that Abbott had hired him to garner. The case was argued in 2007 and the decision handed down in 2008. So again, after this report that the CFR wrote in 2005. Again, if Heidi’s CFR ties are such an issue, why didn’t she pressure her husband not to take the case?

As for you claim that Cruz’s only success was in 2008, his record is 5 wins and 4 losses in SCOTUS cases. More: Cruz has authored 70 United States Supreme Court briefs and presented 43 oral arguments, including nine before the United States Supreme Court.[44][38][51] Cruz’s record of having argued before the Supreme Court nine times is more than any practicing lawyer in Texas or any current member of Congress.[52]

Finally, you will kindly apologize for your accusation of lying on my part.

TPP does not require a super-majority to pass or be shot down. TPA actually guarantees that there doesn’t need to be a cloture vote (on TPP) and that the final vote is a simple majority rule vote.

Nope, You're not worthy of any apologies.

You not only lied about Cruz "volunteering", you also don't know what you're talking about regarding what Heidi Cruz's dream of open borders had to do with anything Cruz argued before the court.

You saying it's so makes it a fact only in your mind.
