I would suggest banning socialism. But I do not think Democrat Ige would listen.

I wonder how many states buy one-way-Hawaii tickets for their own homeless.

I saw all the homeless on Waikiki Beach when I made a visit there. Most went about their business, but a few got underfoot begging for stuff.
I might have some amount of sympathy for you if you are homeless in Minneapolis in December. I have 0 sympathy for someone on a beach in Hawaii in December.

They had to move the homeless out of the Kailua Beach area so Emperor Ovaltine would not have to see them.

Years ago you could not land in Hawaii without evidence of financial responsibility and/or a ticket of passage onward. Then the democrats took over.

Mean temperature is like 85 degrees -- sounds like a great place to be homeless, and no need to have shelter during the dry season. Seems like a great place for the other 49 states to solve their homelessness problems, with one-way tickets. They won't be able to swim back, or hitchhike. Thanks Olog-hai.
