Sounds right...except Carson belongs down with Christie.

So much for Christie's overhyped rise in the polls (lats week, he went from his 2% to 4-6% in some polls, and RNC types nervous over Jeb's poor showing got all giddy). Carson will be down to 2-4% where his clownish candidacy belongs in no time, unfortunately, Rubio seems like he's inherited most of the establishment votes and isn't going anywhere.

Cruz just barely ahead of bugger Rubio, is not just about right at all, and in fact is a lie from the pit of hell

Honestly I am not surprised. She was horrible and destroyed HP. We had legions out to knock her out ASAP.

Actually would like carson above Rubio therefore minimizing the number of delegate won in early states awarding to % of tally. More for anti establishment — less for establishment

The more establishment candidates in the race the better. If it weren't for Christie, Kasich, Jeb, and Carly, Rubio rather than Cruz would probably be at #2. On the other hand, if Carson dropped out or his voters lost interest, I'm not sure where they would go. The more anti-establishment types may go for Trump, the more Evangelical for Cruz, while his PC establishment vote (probably about half of his support) would probably go to Rubio or Jeb.

Entropy12 exemplifies why I (and many other Cruz supporters will NEVER support Trump)

Look at his first link. He is pushing the Rubio lie that has been dispelled by Rush, Levin, Sessions, and every other prominent conservative. The result has been Cruz has surged in the polls and Rubio has fell flat. But does that stop people like him from running the same Rubio/GOPE lie over and over again on FR because they think it will help Trump? Absolutely disgraceful Entropy12 and you should be ashmaed of yourself. But this is what I’ve come to expect from Trumpsters. I suppose we’ll be seeing you post the Huckabee hit pieces on Cruz as well, eh?

Then his 3rd link on TPP which has never come up for a vote and which Cruz has never supporteed, but a sorry attempt to distort the TPA/TPP issue. TPA under normal circumstances with a Conservative President is a GOOD Thing. But like most Trumpsters and Perot populists, Entropy12 hides their true belief that they think ALL Free Trade is Marxist and evil, and subscribe to the “let’s raise tarriffs 40% crowd”. Another dishonest attempt to smear Cruz. What’s ironic is Trump would be begging for TPA if he didn’t have it, but that’s ok /sarc

In the early primaries it is important to keep the top positions (those who will receive a percentage of the delegates) in the hands of the non establishment. Yes it is important to keep as many of the establishment in to divide the vote so none of them reach that higher percentage

You are right.

And you’ll be attacked by Trump fanbois on FR.

Sad. But true.

That’s good, it’s just old.

We have all that crap memorized and then it’s done and out.

There is no sign of life, after the resume list. Time has put distance between Ted’s real accomplishments, but in the Senate it really hit a wall, it’s actually bumpkus, for making a difference, beyond the quite principled noise making.

And no experience in world politics, global retail interests, nor decades of broad personal business experience with foreign interests...... like, .... well.... like TRUMP.

Ted is young and coming up, but still local, when the times are screaming for All American confidence and a global gladiator.

There’s nothing wrong with that. When this first started I was told to sit back and let Trump handle the GOPe as a means to clear the field for people like Cruz to fly in for victory. But as early as people were saying that, I saw that the Trumpster flock had a very cultist appearance to them and I wondered what would really transpire once Cruz made it to the upper tier and the GOPe was vanquished, while Trump was still sitting on top.

Unforunately, I was right. What was supposed to be an “admiration of how Trump was dismantling the GOPe, but an acknowledgement that he wasn’t a conservative and that Cruz was the better candidate” has turned to “Trump is the only one who can win” and an open mockery of Cruz. That is the part I passionately reject.

Just no one cares. TRUMP is replacing drop off’s daily, among Evangelicals and minorities, Independents and moderates, as well as most arch-conservatives.

According to the polls, which for TRUMP are especially good today.

do not thank God for him pushing the cheap labor express.

Cruz pushing path to legal status for illegals:

Cruz pushing for 500% expansion of H1-B visa cheap foreign workers:

Cruz pushing TPP:

..........................................................
Thank you! It is amazing how the Cruz supporters are unable to see that Cruz is NOT a conservative no matter what he says. A conservative would never be in favor of giving American sovereignty away as the trade deals Cruz supports do. He lso is in favor of giving away American jobs to foreigners and is wishy washy on amnesty.
GO TRUMP!

I’m not convinced that Carson’s delegates would support Trump or Cruz. They’d be just as likely to go for Rubio or some other establishment candidate. I’m quite sure that Carson is a ringer, posing as an anti-establishment candidate. On the few issues where he can coherently state a specific policy position (as opposed to feel-good rhetoric), he seems like an even more clueless and muddled version of Jeb Bush, albeit with more religious rhetoric in the mix. Carson’s only non-establishment credential is not being a career politician. The same is true of Fiorina, who in spite of not being a career politician is also as GOP establishment as they come.

I’m sick to death of the phrase, “constitutional conservative.” You do know, don’t you, that your Mr. “constitutional Conservative,” was dead wrong on the 14th Amendment and Donald Trump was correct. Even Mark Levin said so. SO, put that ‘consitutional conservative” crap in your pipe and smoke it.

Cruz just barely ahead of bugger Rubio, is not just about right at all

Unfortunately, Rubio may creep ahead of Cruz if some of the single-digit establishment candidates drop out of the race. I was originally thrilled to see Jeb drop down to Carly Fiorina and Chris Christie levels in the polls, until I realized that his votes were going to somebody who is almost as bad.

Cruz only voted against TPP, or was it TPA, when he knew it would pass anyway. That’s what all the slick congress ctitters do so they can say they voted against something.
