You Should Stay Home for New Year's Eve
By the time New Year's Eve comes around, you are usually exhausted. You just need to rest.
That doesn't mean you won't celebrate, but you'll definitely be toasting the new year in your own low key way.

You'll reflect on the year that's passed and make plans for the year to come.
And when the clock turns over at midnight, you'll be cheering along with anyone else. You'll just be in your pj's!

Hi Luv. Sez here this week that I am the vanilla ice cream of the Neapolitan ice cream (I like vanilla, BTW). :-)

Hai LUV - Here's me, yet again: "You Should Throw a Party for New Year's Eve"

However, on New Years Eve the family goes to the nearest river and perform "Tashlich" - it's from Micah 7:18-20. What we do is read those verses then cast crumbs representing all the negative things you've picked up during the year and let them go ...

No, on New Years Eve, I open up some smoked salmon, some crusty French bread and a bottle of champagne. You’ll never get me outside on that evening.

I’d have to cast a whole loaf of bread.

You know you’re getting old when you’re glad you live on the West Coast so you can celebrate New Year’s eve at 9 pm watching the ball drop in Times Square!
