After she spoke out and did the interview her attorney called and said the judge said she had to come back to get an ankle monitor. When she got back into town they then told her she had to stay for a court hearing tomorrow morning. She isn’t sure what will happen in the morning. Please pray for her tonight. Her voice has been heard around the world and the truth she has shared has many people opening their eyes. They feel their phone conversations are being monitored and that she may receive a gag order tomorrow but is hoping to be able to return home to be with her daughter soon instead of being detained again. Let’s see, I have had a little time to analyzing this MURDER that hastily claimed was justified.
Since according to yourself it took place around midnight, I didn’t know they had “Midnight Sun” up there instead of Pitch Black. WHY did all cars involved had their headlights on?
I’m full aware of Zulu time or GMT as this was the time I was working out of in my 30+ year career all over the world.
I did NOT insinuated any D hogwash and Bravo Sierra against you. I realize now that one does NOT questioning a 19+ year of seniority at FR done by a “junior” with only 12+ year on F.R.
As I said before I’ve previous respected you very much, including donated money for your fight with bone cancer.
Your analysis that the killing was justified from how YOU saw it, seems very different as what is coming forward. The Oregonian even showed the reactions slowly LeVoy’ body reactions, who BTW was UNARMED accordingly.

Multiple witness statements are available now. The pickup was fired upon at the first stop and that is why LaVoy drove away.
On top of the murder of a man who tried to surrender peacefully since when is it OK for law enforcement to open fire on a vehicle with 3 people in it who have never showed aggression? That is not OK with me and the American people should be outraged. There is enhanced video out today that shows them shooting up the pickup with multiple rounds from all directions. It is only by the grace of God that these 3 people lived.
Shawna Cox was one of the victims of this aggression and excessive force. She was released from jail on 1-29-16, the same day her son-in-law died in an explosion. Pray for these Americans!

You need to read through the thread and others.. The trime being recorded was Zulu time on the video, and this was pinted out and discussed. Zlu time is GMT and is about eifht hurs ahead of the time in Oregon.

It occurred at arounf 4:30 in the afternoon.
You can believe whatever you wish. The incident was tragic, and it was senseless that it happened...but it was not murder in th eleast.
Those officerds and the Bundys were put into a sorry situation by superiors at the Fed and State level to end the protest.
The officers complied with legal orders regarding people who they believed were breaking the law in staying at that refuge for as long as they had. We can all feel and know that their protest was justified. We can all understand that they meant to harm no one.
But the officers who were placed in that situation were complying with the law and were acting according ot well defined training and policy...like it or not.
Lavoy drove away from the stop that law enforcement made. He did that.
Lavoy tried to break through/go around a road block that law enforcement had established. He did that too.
Lavoy came very close to hitting a loaw enforcement officer who tried to get him to stop, and failing that tried to force him into the snoow.
Lavoy got out of the vehicle and did not get down on the ground.
All of these things happened...they were all base don decisions that Lavoy made.
I feel horrible about it...but that is principally what led to the shooting that day, because they were all there and the decisions that put them there were already made.
As I have said, I have been in similar circumstances when facing law enforecement when making protest like this. We did similar things at Klamath Flass.
But when you are stopped by law enfocement who know you are armed and perceive you may be dangeoru...you do not do those things.
You are free to believe however you want...so am I.
I went through the whole thing frame by frame and posted my own opinion on the matter, and did so analyticaly, objectoively, and honsetly. (ie. I did not go in with a preconceived notion that murder had been committed).
Now, the legal process wil play itself out and all the details and evidence will come out. I expect that the superiors will and should be looked at real hard and be held culpable for this incident in whatever way possible.
But I have said all of this now about 10-15 times. I am just repeating what has already been said.

He came around a blind curve going 60+ miles an hour.
The second roadblock was set up too close to the curve.

BLM ranger’s gun connected to San Francisco pier shooting

SAN FRANCISCO (TNS) — The Bureau of Land Management confirmed Wednesday that one of its ranger’s service guns was stolen from a car four days before it was used to shoot and kill Kathryn Steinle on a San Francisco pier in a case that has gripped the country.
The BLM-issued handgun was stolen from the agent’s car June 27 while the ranger was in San Francisco on official government travel, said Dana Wilson, a spokeswoman for the federal agency that administers about 284,000 acres of public land in the local region.
San Francisco law enforcement sources Tuesday confirmed that the gun used by Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, a felon and five-time deportee, belonged to a federal agent, but they did not specify which agency.
Wilson said BLM agents all carry service weapons.
“They are fully armed, fully fledged law enforcement officers,’ Wilson said of BLM agents. “Their jurisdiction is BLM land, but they often respond to other types of crime.”
The BLM employs about 200 uniformed rangers and 70 special agents that investigate crimes, all enforcing “laws and regulations in the prevention, detection and investigation of crimes affecting public lands resources,” according to the bureau’s website.

Most recent update they did NOT put her back in jail, they did make her stay in Oregon until a court hearing on Wed. There is additional interview out with Shawna. She said that her husband took her guns out of their house and put them in her son-in-laws garage. Son in law was there working on backhoe when it exploded and killed him.
It has been posted that LaVoy left his gun HOME. IOW he was unarmed. He was right-handed and they say he reached down to his LEFT side. I assume that’s where he was shot the first time. It is alleged he was shot multiple times according to the witnesses in his truck. Hard to see on the grainy film!!!
If this was not a planned setup trap, WHY was drones involved in this terribly incident, the so-called “Traffic Stop. Makes No sense. Then there was a blackout on their film also???

The FBI released video footage of the traffic stop that ended in the death of Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, one of the spokesmen for the armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. This excerpt shows Ryan Bundy getting out his car and tossing his gun in the snow.
That period was blacked out in the video, which resumed with footage of Finicum’s truck speeding away from the scene. Officers trailed in a black SUV, and shots were fired at the truck. It rounded two bends in the road, then rammed into a snowbank to avoid a police roadblock. As it came to a stop, the truck nearly hit an officer who was standing alongside the road.
His hands raised, Finicum ran out of the car and toward the snowbank, yelling at police. Then, as police approached with guns drawn, he reached toward the left side of his waist. He began to put his hands back up, then reached down again.
Bretzing said Finicum was reaching toward a jacket pocket that contained a loaded 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.
The video shows Finicum being shot, then falling on his back. He raised his arm, then lay still.”
Read my report...I plainly state that it ws no “routine traffic stop.” That is ludicrous.
Of course it was a planned operation to capture the Bundys.
It was senseless.

I am pretty sure Lavoy was armed...he almost always was.
But that would not matter given what happened. He did narrowly miss the one officer and that would be viewed as a willingness to inflict bodily harm on them.
He did not get down after getting out of the vehicle and he did appear to reach to his side twice. He was known to be armed and was acting in such a way tin that very dangerous situation that led to the shooting.
I am upset that that is the case because it was unnecessary. The overall stop...and then Lavoy’s own decisions while it was going on.
I have looked frame by frame at the video and the pictures and saw no evidence of any bullet impacts on the car at the first stop...none.
But guess what...here I am repeating myself for the umpteenth time.
Don’t bother pinging me any more. I’ve had more than my say on this.
Wonder if he was trying regain his balance in deep snow...

And you didn't hear the two women eyewitnesses in the truck who stated that shots were fired at the truck at the first stop.
