Hillary Clinton campaign accused of voter fraud in Polk County, Iowa (Bernie got Berned!)

The Iowa caucus has finally come and while Texas Sen. Ted Cruz was declared the Republican winner, the Democratic race is a lot more complicated. While supporters for Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders continued to fight it out into the night, the results were not as clear as some questions were raised.

In over 1,600 caucus sites around the state of Iowa, Democratic voters made their voices heard. Though the Clinton campaign declared victory prematurely, as of 12 a.m. Tuesday morning on the East Coast, no official winner has been declared. As voters anxiously awaited the results, news broke on C-SPAN.org on Feb. 1 that the Clinton campaign was being accused of possible voter fraud in one Iowa county.

The video shows Clinton caucus chair Drew Gentsch and precinct captain Liz Buck allegedly not conducting an "actual count of Clinton supporters and deliberately mislead caucus." The location in question was prescient #43 in Des Moines, IA, as the caucus event was held at Roosevelt High School, as the video was broadcasted live on C-SPAN2.

The final delegate count finished with Clinton receiving five and Sanders pulling in four. Multiple rounds of voting took place, as the head count changed from round to round, which raised questions from those in attendance. On Reddit, the incident was explained in further detail.

This incident OR the 6 coin flips would have given Bernie the victory.

He got BERNED!

Video of it:

http://www.c-span.org/video/?403824-1/iowa-democratic-caucus-meeting

Starting at 1 hour 48 minutes in.

This was for #43 (I believe) in Des Moines, IA held at Roosevelt High School. It was broadcast live on C-SPAN2.

Final delegate count was Clinton 5, Sanders 4. It was very close. Here is the breakdown:

FIRST VOTE: 215 Sanders 210 Clinton 26 O’Malley 8 Undecided 459 TOTAL

After this, the groups realign and another count was conducted. Sanders’s group leads performed a FULL recount of all the supporters in his group. The Clinton team only added the new supporters gained to her original number from the first round of voting. I did not see another recount of the Clinton supporters taking place. It would have been very hard to miss that activity.

SECOND ROUND: 232 Clinton 224 Sanders 456 Total

It was assumed by the chair, Drew Gentsch, that the voter difference was due to a few people that left the building before the second round began. The question is whether there were really 456 total people present for the second round of voting. That was not clear, as Clinton’s team did not perform a recount of ALL of the Hillary supporters during the second round of voting. We don’t know how many Hillary supporters were in the room. Some of them may have also left the building between rounds.

The Clinton precinct chair, Liz Buck, lied about whether she recounted all of the Clinton supporters during the second count. At 9:44pm ET she stated to the Chair that she only counted the newly gained supporters and added that to her first-round count to arrive at the new 232 total. A minute later, after the second round votes were being discussed openly, with Hillary then taking a 5-4 delegate lead, the Sanders supporters directly asked Liz if she recounted ALL of the Clinton supporters during the second round. Liz Buck answered yes to that question at 9:45pm ET stating that she DID count them all. It’s all on tape. The Sanders supports were unsuccessful at getting a recount conducted, even though several of them protested vigorously. Those supporters knew exactly what happened, but instead of the Chair asking Liz to perform a count of all Clinton supports, he said that the results had to be protested formally, leading to a majority vote, that the Sanders supporters lost. It should be noted that, before the recount vote was conducted, the Chair told the crowd that the results of the recount would not have an effect on the outcome.

The Clinton precinct chair, Liz Buck, lied about whether she recounted all of the Clinton supporters during the second count.

Notice the precinct captain, “We can have a roll call vote but it won’t change any results... so you guys want it?”

This is ONE precinct caught on video. I’m sure Sanders actually won last night by a tiny margin.

His supporters are a bit like Carson’s — clueless!

Yup, I think Bernie won last night... but it’s being stolen from the little socialist twerp.

Cruz won....but it’s being stolen from him as the MSM pushes Rubio 24/7 as the real winner.

What a crock o’ shit! :-(

Absolutely NOTHING “new”, nor sadly, “unusual” about a DEM committing voter fraud.

And calling Trump the "THE LOSER", to boot.

How can Trump be "THE LOSER" when the ONLY one who beat him was Teddy and by lying to the caucus goers; yet.

seems like the whole night was a little worthless to me.

first primary i followed and the first and second place people essentially got the same number of delegates give or take one.

am i missing something.

from an impartial view, i dont see what anybody gained or lost.

i am glad for cruz and his supporters but is it important because it shows who’s in the race for real and who should drop out?

is Iowa a dem or repub state?

why so many new voters. like 40 percent were first timers?

Apparently the crowd shows up and then someone reads a statement. There’s a Twitter pic of a Cruz supporter reading off a sheet from the campaign saying Trump was for partial birth abortion six months ago etc. Then they told Carson supporters that Carson was dropping out, so they should back the ‘true conservative.’

Cruz did poorly honestly in a state he should have pulled 35% in. Caron, Santorum, and Huckabee took a lot of the evangelical votes ... as did Trump, which was surprising.

No big deal. 8 delegates to 7 in a small state.

NH and SC next and Trump is up big in the polls in both of those states.

Trump is also wise to the major sleaze storm coming his way.

Trump needs to make clear he’s winning the campaign already because HIS issues are being discussed.

The big winner in Iowa was the GOPe. As long as Cruz can bleed off enough vote to keep Trump from winning Rubio gets the nomination. That is the Story out of Iowa. Romney won the same way in 2012.

200,000 voters total. Small state.

Ads were selling for 1200 each in the big markets. And up. This is a huge income scam for the state and fairly meaningless.

Also, look at the attention these voters get! And subsidies!

But it did accomplish killing Jeb’s campaign. He paid 2800 dollars per vote!

I would be shocked if a Clinton or Clinton supporter was caught telling the truth.

On the other hand, Megyn Kelly with her new butch-dyke-greaser hairdo and wardrobe, stole the lesbian viewer demographic from Rachel Maddow.

Yes, I know what the slimy, sleazy, DISGUSTING Cruz and his team have done.

Iowa hasn't voted for the winner in 1y6 years...why start now? LOL

Trump needs to ramp it up and I'm guessing that he shall!

At least at Dixville Notch, N.H. they count the votes ON CAMERA! :-)
