An all-out assault on Sen. Marco Rubio by groups aligned with former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is angering GOP senators, who fear it could hurt the party's chances of capturing the White House.
Right to Rise, a pro-Bush super PAC, has spent an estimated $20 million against Rubio. It is expected to launch a new ad this weekend featuring a clip of former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.), who endorsed Rubio Tuesday, fumbling to name one of his accomplishments.

But Schlafly, a legendary conservative activist, author and WND columnist, now says she is bitterly disappointed by Rubio’s record.
“Once he got elected, he betrayed us all,†she told WND. “He said he was against amnesty and against the establishment. And once he got in, right away, he became an agent of the establishment. And now, of course, he’s big for amnesty and letting all the illegal immigrants in. He betrayed us a number of times on that issue.â€
Schlafly said she was startled at the magnitude of Rubio’s “betrayal†on amnesty.
“It was so public,†she said.
GOP has to protect its Amnesty Snake on the off chance Jeb actually can’t convince anyone to clap for him.

Their cabal includes the worst of the decades long open border hacks like Steven Moore, head economist of Heritage (another sell out), Hugh Hewitt and the politicians like Santorum who have sold out to push Rubio.
These powerful GOP operatives didn’t jump on the Rubio bandwagon...they ARE the bandwagon and recruited him while he was a lowly state rep in Florida to be the face of AMNESTY and bad trade that profits them. He’s broke and easily bought.

Great post...fully agree that Fox has become pro-Rubio...but, it’s more than that...no matter the show, they never miss chance to slam Cruz...the powers behind the curtain of Fox truly fear Cruz!
