Just as he’s said before, tax the heck out of any company using foreign manufacturing instead of American workers. Remove the incentive to relocate American companies.

This factory is in Indiana. Carrier all but abandoned the Syracuse area, even demolishing buildings, over a period of years after the United Technologies acquisition. The biggest thing left is the name on the sports arena.
