Associate Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead of apparent natural causes Saturday on a luxury resort in West Texas, federal officials said.
Scalia, 79, was a guest at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, a resort in the Big Bend region south of Marfa. According to a report, Scalia arrived at the ranch on Friday and attended a private party with about 40 people. When he did not appear for breakfast, a person associated with the ranch went to his room and found a body.
U.S. District Judge Fred Biery said he was among those notified about Scalia's death.
"I was told it was this morning," Biery said of Scalia's death. "It happened on a ranch out near Marfa. As far as the details, I think it's pretty vague right now as to how," he said. "My reaction is it's really unfortunate with any death. And now, politically, in the presidential cycle we're in my educated guess is nothing will happen before the next president is elected."

If the shoe was on the other foot the democrats would delay a confirmation until next year in NY second.
Don't underestimate the power of a corrupt government. Obama controls the IRS, the CIA, the NSA, etc. If you don't have a skeleton in your closet, they can fabricate one very easily.

The Senate did hold up the Loretta Lynch Atty General appointment for 6 months. Shows they do have the guts to hold up Obama appointments. Let’s hope they do it for this also.

I was thinking of skipping the debate tonight, not now. I want to hear every candidates’ thoughts on this. This is a clear test. Any candidate who even hints at letting Obama get a nominee on the court is disqualified in my eyes.
Just heard how he wasn’t feeling good last night, how come he didn’t go see a doctor? Obama should NOT be appointing his successor, even though we all know he wants to, it should be left to the next President, now we have to hope to God a Republican wins otherwise Sanders or Clinton could appoint 4 new Justices, ALL liberals
