Mark Levin Unloads: Trump Is "Pretty Damn Close" to Sounding Like a 9/11 Truther
Townhall.com ^ | February 16, 2016 | Katie Pavlich

After the conclusion of the GOP presidential debate on Saturday, which was hosted by CBS News, I described Donald Trump's performance as unhinged, angry and liberal after he praised Planned Parenthood and accused President George W. Bush of lying about the Iraq war.

Last night on his radio show, Mark Levin didn't mince words when describing Trump's debate performance.

"The fact that Donald Trump attacked George W. Bush, not because of his liberal domestic policies, not because he expanded Medicare, not because he was weak on the First Amendment, not because of those things, expanded government, increased the debt, was for comprehensive immigration reform, but the fact that he attacked George Bush as a Commander-in-Chief... not because he disagreed with him but he attacked him as a liar who knew there were not weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and said he was responsible for 9/11 and he was responsible for those towers coming down," Levin said. "Ladies and gentlemen, this is why I posted on my Facebook page 'This guy sounds like CodePink!'"

"He sounds like a radical kook," Levin continued. "All the rest aside, I know too many gold star families who lost sons over there to hear this 9/11 truther crap which is pretty close to it. Pretty damn close to it."

You can listen to the segment here.

Not only did Trump sound like CodePink over the weekend, the radical progressive group retweeted him yesterday.

Radio host Rush Limbaugh also said Monday Trump sounded like a liberal Democrat during some of his answers at the CBS debate.

"Here we are in a Republican primary, and Donald Trump, out of the blue, starts blaming the Bush family for 9/11, for knowing that the intelligence was made up, that there never were any weapons of mass destruction, and they knew it, Trump said," Limbaugh said on his radio program. "Michael Moore doesn’t even say that."

"On the stage at a Republican debate, Donald Trump defended Planned Parenthood. Not the abortion stuff, he said, but the fact that they do great things for women’s health," Limbaugh continued. "Folks, there were a number of occasions where Donald Trump sounded like the Daily Kos blog, where Donald Trump sounded like the Democrat Underground, sounded like any average host on MSNBC."

Great point about the yellow cake. But I think I may been the first here (since the Feb 13 Saturday night debate) to have posted that Feb 2015 NY Times article on Iraq’s WMDs. I posted it as an excerpt on numerous existing threads. Just yesterday Sean Hannity mentioned the article on his radio show. Pretty sure he got it, or was reminded of it, from here.

So what did he mean this?

There's a logical difference between being "behind" something, as in plotting to do something, as opposed to be "responsible" for something, as in being negligent to stop something.

I did not watch the debate because I was out of the state of TN. My son and I drove down to Florida to pick up a motorcycle he had bought. But I did record the debate on my DVR and then watched on Sunday evening. What was very disturbing to me was his behavior at the moment of silence for Justice Antonin Scalia. While all the other candidates had their heads bowed, he stood there like a klutz with his head held high as if the death of Scalia didn't mean anything to him. Well the rats hated him and by his behavior he proved that he is still a democrat and no one can deny it.

Or in other words Trump is a true Republican In Name Only

I stand corrected then.

I stopped listening to him around three weeks ago, about the same time Glenn Beck was endorsing Cruz.

I stand corrected then. I stopped listening to him [conservative talk show host Mark Levin] around three weeks ago, about the same time Glenn Beck was endorsing Cruz.

For the record, Glenn Beck was one of a very rare few in a prominent media position to ever get into the ins and outs of the communist movement, past and present. He named names and connected the dots. And he did it in a clear and organized "classroom-like" manner via blackboards, graphics and video. He went into things that neither Hannity nor Limbaugh still haven't the slightest clue about. This despite all of the money and research tools they have available to them.

He schooled millions on the in-depth activities of today's communist left through his once popular Fox News show. He got into detail of who they are, what they are, their history, who their various front groups are, and their affiliates in the demonRat party. No one in such a prominent media position as he, before or since, have come close to doing the sort of things he did. If not anything else, you have to at least give the guy credit for that. No way in hell would Obama or any of his ilk want a guy like him to have his own popular TV show.

Anyone who so quickly and easily dismisses Beck either hasn't the slightest idea about the operations of the communist left and so can't appreciate what he provided, or they don't want this sort of info getting out to the American people, be they hardcore lefties themselves, screwed up in the head, just really friggin stupid, or any combination of the three.

News News Flash!!! The moment of silence was before the debate, not after. If you watched the debate you would know that, and by the way here is the video of it

Watch what Trump does during moment of silence held for Justice Scalia before the debate

Again, with the hostile crowd against Trump, he sure knew how many tickets he was allowed to have... I would not have bowed my head either. The way the audience constantly boohooed and acted like ‘code pink protesters’ all during the debate... Trump was right. I would not have trusted the audience either...

IF they throw another one of these GOP pay off to the donor crowd I sure hope Trump will start naming names. Wonder does the GOP require NO pictures of the crowd? Trump knows these people in the audience, thus he knows who he is up against... Big Pharma is Jeb’s pac man.

Code Pink protesters would have given Trump a standing ovation if they were there! No question about it.

Oh for sure. I wasn’t mocking you. Just making a general statement that most people have already realized after the Bush buzz wore off a few years ago.
