The five remaining Republican presidential candidates -- Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and John Kasich -- will take part in Presidential Debate Number 10 on Thursday night.

WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN THE DEBATE? Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson; U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas; Ohio Gov. John Kasich; U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, and businessman Donald Trump.
WHO IS MODERATING THE DEBATE? Wolf Blitzer of CNN will moderate the debate. Telemundo's Maria Celeste Arrarás, conservative talk radio host Hugh Hewitt and CNN's Chief Political Correspondent Dana Bash will also ask questions of the candidates.
HOW DID THE QUALIFY FOR THE DEBATE? Candidates needed to file a statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission, be actively campaigning for the Republican nomination and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have received support from at least 5 percent of those who attended the Republican Iowa caucuses.
- Have received at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the New Hampshire primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent of the overall vote in the South Carolina primary.
- Receive at least 5 percent support in the Nevada caucuses.

Trump is schooling Rubio and Cruz in the same answer!
The optics also matter and the 2 junior senators, one (Rubio) who has already admitted he will not run again, are coming off as used cars salesmen.
The optics do not lie and it is obvious they are lying about Trump. Kinda sad for them that they had to go this route. But it is only turning people off of them.
They obviously don't like Carson either.

Ok we’ll check the polls next week this time and see how Cruz’ strategy of attacking Trump went over versus my supposition that he should be using his intellect to inspire instead of getting in the gutter. Cruz has an advantage in intellect but he is not showing it tonight.
Trump has such a convenient memory. Is is never responsible for anything he says and does.

Just getting to the debate at 10:05 pm and I’m drunk already, plus I have a raging Trump induced headache brought on by his stupid anti-Cruz anecdotes and his constant shouting down and interrupting the other candidates! (Ted promoting Roberts for the Supreme Court, etc.).

Cruz’s whiny nasal voice is the worst of his traits. He comes off as a little wimpy for me. Maybe thats why Trump is doing better. The only thing worse than Ted’s voice is Rubio’s supersonic rate in which he talks. He would make a great reader of the disclaimers that they put on the pharmaceutical ads.
I don’t think I will watch another debate. What a double standard from the way Hillary and Sanders are treated. This is getting ridiculous, especially with the interruptions and the screaming from the audience.
