PP should be given the choice of getting out of the abortion business or giving up public funding. They would survive, though possibly diminished, in the 1st case. I don't think they'd survive the 2nd

The first is not going to happen. Abortion on demand is their reason for existing. Their purpose from the beginning has been to stop the birth of live babies by any means necessary, especially the black ones.

The second one is interesting. If Planned Parenthood cannot survive without federal funding, then that proves beyond all doubt that federal funding has been used to fund abortion all this time.

HA HA HA.

Not a lie; Cruzie showed his true colors tonight by endorsing amnesty-boy Rubio after the debate.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.

He fooled you but good, o self-righteous prig!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Don’t expect any more responses from me on this thread, mister gravestone. I don’t speak to self-deluded amnesty supporters! BYE BYE!

Hopefully has enough momentum to get rid of the IRS and take Ted’s idea.

I dont think we should be so accepting of the IRS

I despise the IRS, but how do we get congress to go along with getting rid of it?

IMO, we have about as much chance with that as getting term limits.

Well strongman should be able to get it done. Especially since the IRS has been abusing him.

What Trump is saying is that his proposals would drive down health insurance costs so that most people could afford insurance, and then the truly indigent get picked up by the gov’t.

The problem with that bit of illogic is....we already had a system whereby the 'truly indigent' got picked up by the gov't. It's called Medicaid. Which is now on steroids, thanks to Obamacare. Going back to the system we already had in place before Obamacare is not a novel, new idea (ie Trump's grand plan). It's what most opponents of Obamacare have been saying all along. Trump is trying to present that as "new". He's a moron.

Unfortunately, there are plenty of people out there that don't know any better that will cheer for "his plan" and think he thought it up all on his own. It would be hilarious if it were not such a pathetic picture of why we're circling the drain....ie LIV/voter stupidity.

Cute, except it takes an act of congress, ain't going to happen.

Besides, this is Cruz's plan, is he having IRS problems too?

A few bucks. Nothing compared to what he’s given to Democrats. Yet over his lifetime he has given more to Republicans than Democrats. And yes, if you exclude the last 4-5 years, while the amount given to Dems was more overall, the numbers were not lopsided, ~$500,000 to R and ~$600,000 to D.

Or of getting Congress to 'build that wall'. Unless the next Republican president also gets another GOP majority-controlled congress (as if that's helped us anyway)....the next president will not be able to get any of these 'pie in the sky' grand ideas implemented. And yes, I'm including Cruz's scheme to eliminate the IRS there too. I like the idea. I just don't see it actually EVER happening, realistically.

Oh it can happen alright. Might be difficult , but can happen.

The republic can fall too.

Anyway, Trump could just have his IRS auditors fired.

Or put in rules to make tax payers innocent until proven guilty.

Trump could campaign against Ryan or have the IRS audit Ryan.

Or have Louis Lerner prosecuted.

as nice as Canadians can be , they don’t tip . They are pathologically stingy , emulating their British cousins , and other Euro non tippers . If you are in the tourism industry , as I am , it’s the most frustrating thing . You find yourself asking “ what is wrong with these people ?” No amount of personable customer service seems to rate a gratuity . Therefor , where I am at least , they are sadly developing a reputation of ‘tight wads’ , and folks feel less inclined to offer them a good quality of service or promptness .

There’s more than 2,300 comments there now.

I thought the line about Rubio never hiring anyone was a great comeback.

Thanks for the link.

Sorry, don’t mean you personally. However the “He’s a crazy untested maniac who will blow us all up” meme was used in 1980 first by GHWB in the primaries and then by Carter in the general to no effect.

So the Polish people don't know how to get hardhats?

The illegal immigrant puts himself/herself at a disadvantage by breaking the law. It sucks to be illegal. The Judge should have enforced Immigration law round up the workers and fine Trump. The judge just fined Trump.

Just curious. Have you ever held a job before? Because any job I have ever had, I was expected to support my boss regardless of my personal opinions on the direction he or she was going. Once you get promoted to boss, you get to make the decisions. But until then, you support the decisions of those in authority over you.

Have had the thought that I won’t even get to say I told you so when this bully is proven to be the wrong man to lead this country because we will all be vaporized. Guess it won’t matter at that point unless we are unlucky enough to survive a nuclear blast.

Well, I guess he has hired a Congressional staff, and a campaign staff. We’ll see how well that works out for Rubio. It appears Cruz has had problems with his campaign staff.
