Kasich could be the new Rubio, Number 3
++++
Kasich IS the new Rubio. There is no old Rubio after tonight. If Rubio was smart he would get out before the Florida Primary.

Mary. Red dress, may have been camera angle but sure seemed to look like she was on the man hand territory. Trump may be jealous.

“Is he for or against torturing terrorists and killing their families?”

Changed his mind - and i am glad as has previous position bothered me - he is against it. I do not believe the US should be torturing anyone.

“Is he for or against an assault weapons ban?”

He is against it and has a published position on his website dealing with national CC. What dis Cruz think of this issue in 1990? This has been gone over so many times it is simply tiring to keep answering the question. I suggest you look at the interview his son did in Las Vegas to see how he described his father’s position.

https://youtu.be/1IqfRbjcpDY

“Is he for or against permitting skilled foreigners to stay here on H1B visas?”

Is willing to allow some has not, to my knowledge given a number, he has changed his mind or position on this but I think the current position is reasonable provided he does not, like Ted Cruz want to expand the H1B visa program exponentially.

“Was he for or against the Iraq war?”

Both, he was against starting it but has rather consistently said that once started it should be fought to be won and that the US should stay as long as needed to ensure the victory was not in vain.

“Does he want to keep or scrap the healthcare mandate of Obamacare?”

He has a published position on his website, the mandate goes, Obama Care is repealed

“Does he want to keep Muslims out of the country or accept Syrian refugees in?”

He wants to create a safe area in the Middle East with funds solicited from Gulf States and help them where they are rather than bringing them here. When the turmoil in Syria ends they should return to Syria. He has said this over and over

My Paper ballot in Idaho had Nine names on it, (small oval circle next to each name, fill in with pencil)

Hi Art,

I'm in Boise and my ballot had a square to fill in with a marker. Where are you?

I don’t watch much teevee, but she was definitely there last week for Super Tuesday. Pay is better over there. The entry-level talking heads pretty much follow the money. No loyalty.

"Yeah, Cruz was brilliant for doubling down and going all in on the New York Values thing. "

Which leads to one wonder just how short sighted is he. Some silly throw away line that is sure to haunt him.

One other point. Trump may not be able to deliver NY in the general, but he will absolutely cause Hillary to spend a bundle to keep a state that is a gimmie with any other GOP candidate.

Boise has ~150,000 people. It's 100% reporting. And yet the total number of GOP votes there is 1545, about 1% of the population? Srsly?

I must be missing something.

And Rubio... well, not much to say. This is a train wreck and it looks like he will end up with zero delegates in the first three contests of the night. It is a bad, bad day for him.

Don't you think Rubio stays in for the coming debate though? Trump can close it out with a good debate performance. He ought to really cram between now and then and subject himself to some waterboarding to control his reaction to attacks.

But you would think the GOPe keeps Rubio in the debate to flame out in an all out attack on Trump while leaving Cruz to stand aside like Kasich did last time.

Come on now......you can’t seriously believe that he has the authority to do any of that and getting it through congress would result in laughter.

Controlling the monies they send back!

This is not Cuba.

And as I said, the only people who pay for tariffs are the people who propose them. Having said that, sometimes they are worth it to level the field, but mostly not.

Ada is a thirdmin now, with Cruz and Trump tied there.

That should seal it for Cruz - would expect a network projection soon.

Trump will get some delegate potato salad though.
