Ok Cruzbots

Ted Cruz whom I originally supported just said that Trumps campaign bears responsibility for the violence in Chicago tonight

I am absolutely appalled by him

Disgusting

It seems that you don’t know the difference between hyperbole to make a point and ACTUAL violence.

Trump’s rhetoric caused one man to jack a douchebag in the face, and that’s even IF you assume that Trump was the cause of it and not just the douchebag provoking him.

Whereas on the other hand, Trump’s supporters are now the victims of mob violence that was in the making for many days or longer in advance. Definitely before the ‘knock the crap’ comment.

And now Trump is at fault for that?

Really?

Is he a Time Lord or something?

Yep

I posted this thread within 4 minutes after Cruz said it live

I had to make my family hush they were all screaming at the TV

TRUMP comes on with Sean maybe 25 minutes later and you could tell he did not yet know Cruz blamed him

But you could tell Sean knew and didn’t want to talk about it

Another 30 minutes and Juan Williams brings it up and also mentions Lowery blaming Trump and Sean avoids it

Sean Hannity....tsk tsk

You will see who loses in the end. It won’t be the Americans. Now run back home to Mexico.

“If true, I am DONE with CRUZ !!!!!!!!!”

“Ted Cruz said violent protests are “the predictable consequence” of the atmoshere Trump’s campaign has created, while Bernie Sanders had his own strong words for the Republican presidential candidate. “

It appears Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders are two peas in a pod. Who woulda thunk it?

“Trump’s brownshirts.”

What? Anti-free-speech “Progressives” have been organizing this riot for weeks and dozens of these “Progressive” leftists anarchists who were arrested for assault, blocking traffic, etc., eetc.

“That is not what he said. He commented on tone in general and said a lot of people are responsible.”

Wrong:

“Ted Cruz said violent protests are “the predictable consequence” of the atmoshere Trump’s campaign has created, while Bernie Sanders had his own strong words for the Republican presidential candidate. “

So you see, it appears Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders are two peas in a pod! Who woulda thunk it?

2) Candidates need to ensure there campaigns do NOT create an environment of violence. Because if you do, you will be blamed/partially responsible for violence when it occurs

What is wrong with that, because that is what Cruz said.

***

Because what Cruz said is that Trump IS to blame, not that ‘they’re going to blame you for this.’ Instead, Cruz pretty much said, in the smarmiest lawyer way possible, ‘This is Trump’s fault.’

“Did Cruz denounce the protestors?”

here’s what’s being reported:

“Ted Cruz said violent protests are “the predictable consequence” of the atmoshere Trump’s campaign has created, while Bernie Sanders had his own strong words for the Republican presidential candidate. “

So you see, it appears Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders are two peas in a pod. Who woulda thunk it?

Funny how you Trump supporters keep having to explain what Trump really meant when he speaks... He didn’t really mean he loved the medical insurance “mandate” when he said he loved it. He didn’t really say he changed his mind on H-1B visas. He didn’t really mean to knock the crap out of people when he said it - and he’d pay their legal expenses.

Trump shot his mouth off about punching people in the face and knocking the crap out them to be the alpha male leader. And now there are some consequences.

Your ‘worries’ are justified when there is violence done to BLM and the commies proportional to what’s being done to us.

Before that point, it is self-defense.

Even Marco Rubio knew tonight had nothing to do with Donald Trump and acknowledged the protesters were organized and paid for by moveon.

Yes, I'm glad you said that about Rubio... my husband and I heard it too. Rubio also said he "wouldn't be surprised if some of those protestors were PAID protestors."

We also heard clearly that Cruz squarely put the blame on Donald Trump for the chaos in Chicago tonight. He just couldn't help himself. I think Cruz lost a lot of supporters tonight.

I can't believe how fast this thread has grown in just two hours!

I’m so glad you posted this thread! I probably wouldn’t have known anything about it until tomorrow as I was heading up to bed but, saw the thread and started reading. I saw the link HarleyLady27 posted. I was shocked. Blaming Trump for the actions of the protesters, the actions of the organizations that planned this, is exactly what is wrong with our Country.

I sincerely hope that Cruz is done after tonight.

His “university” was a scam. Even if he wins the multiple lawsuits, its still a slimy thing to do.

Just because its legal doesn’t mean its not slimy. Trump makes money scamming gullible people. He is sleezy. Bill clinton level sleeze. Thats probably why they are such good friends.
