“This is what democracy looks like!” jubilant insurgents screamed last night as they lay siege to the University of Illinois at Chicago pavilion, effectively choking off the exercise of free speech at the Donald Trump rally.
“Black Lives Matter” activists, Bernie Sanders supporters and other assorted “revolutionaries” then stormed the streets and tussled with police, Trump backers and anybody else who got in their way.

Actually, this is what comes from a broken education system. It’s produced a bunch of people that can’t think logically and for themselves.

I think last night maybe just sealed the noimnations for Trump.
It is a Wellstone Memorial type moment.
Voters are not going to be impressed Cruz/Kaisch/Rubio rushed right out to side with the rioters.

I’m betting that groups supporting Trump organize to confront the protestors. The Left has pushed things to this point, and the respectable NRO style Right has given ground every step of the way. Things might get uglier. People are sick of having a brown finger pointed in their faces.
And why the founding fathers went to great pains to avoid a straight democracy.

These people, the so called protesters are the tools of the oligarchy that are tearing down the US.
They are paid protesters, communist agitators and violent. They are the thug arm of leftists elite political class. If these people do not respect the rights of all people then they deserve every bit a violent response from us.
I am done with this communist crap! They have a warped view of democracy, by denying people the right to assemble and express their first amendment rights, because they do not like what we say.
Time to shove back, hit back, and fight.
Black thugs need to ‘matter’ within the law... and disrupting legal political gatherings in NOT included.
Police need to set up a ‘protest’ area outside of events... with chain link fence around it and if they leave that area with intent of violence or ‘shutting down’ legal gatherings, they should be arrested.
Democracy literally means majority rules, which is Mob Rule.

That wasn’t democracy in action - it was simply a mob gathered to shut down speech they disagree with.

MOB: A large crowd of people, especially one that is disorderly and intent on causing trouble or violence.
MOB RULE: Control of a political situation by those outside the conventional or lawful realm, typically involving violence and intimidation.

I believe the root of the word is Greek that literally means mob rule.
