A majority of Americans agree with billionaire businessman and Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump that the U.S. should institute a temporary ban on Muslims entering the country.
When polled if there should be "a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on," 51 percent of respondents said they agree.

Good. Now will they vote for Trump?
Make that “Immigration ban.”
I believe that Donald Trump proposed a complete ban on Muslims entering for any reason, tourism, immigration, education, business, whatever. Though didn't he later offer some exceptions? Like for Muslims who were U.S. citizens and for diplomats?
I didn’t see any information about sample size, or how the study was conducted. These results could be bogus for all I know.
I would like to see a poll on Muslim immigration. The Boston marathon bombers emigrated to the US. They were asylum seekers in the eyes of our government. They weren’t tourists.
Who in the world said “Travel Ban”. Or are you just stupid?
Nobody says what really needs to be done which is to ban Islam in civilized countries. What individual Muslims believe (or say they believe) is irrelevant. The Koran is alone among sacred texts that calls for the subjugation of the world by force. It says all non-Muslims are to convert or die. If a Muslim says that isn’t Islam, they are lying or don’t agree with their own doctrine.

I do agree there is a Islam problem because they need self reform before we get WW3.
I think many who don't want knowing in their face the truth regarding the violent aspects of Islam are the ones hating Trump's plain language on the matter.
We might not see any more Muslim attacks on American soil until after the election.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson told an audience today that illegal aliens are “not going away” and are “in effect” US citizens.
And the DC elites wonder why Donald Trump is winning the Republican primary???
The Washington Examiner reported:
The nation’s top immigration officer said that the “11 million” undocumented aliens in the United States are “not going away,” are “in effect” citizens, and added that deporting the few the administration wants out is unpleasant.
Jeh Johnson, secretary of Homeland Security, told Harvard University students this week that the administration is focused on its plan to integrate illegals into America, despite the policy being tied up in court.
Johnson said that he plans to be in the front row of the Supreme Court April 18 when the case is discussed.
But in the meantime, he is making the case that the illegals here, estimated at a much higher 15.7 million by the Center for Immigration Studies, have essentially become American. The proof: They go to school, have licenses to drive, and can even practice law in California.
It’s almost as if this administration is hoping for a complete collapse of the United States.
