Controversy over Trump has failed to dent his standing with his core supporters in the Republican primaries, but his image among the rest of the electorate has plunged.
The share of Americans with an unfavorable view of Trump is extraordinary: 68% in the most recent Bloomberg poll, 67% in the CNN/ORC survey, 67% in the ABC/Washington Post poll, 65% from Gallup. The 57% unfavorable rating he received in the most recent CBS/New York Times survey looks mild by comparison.

Republican men tend to view Trump favorably, with 61% having a positive image of him and 36% negative, according to the latest Gallup polling. But among Republican women, the verdict is almost even — 49% positive, 46% negative, Gallup found.
Among all women, 70% have a negative view of him, while among men, 58% do. Having a positive view are 23% of women and 36% of men, Gallup found.
“Everybody seems scared of something. Wonder what?”
Trumpenstein. They hate him. They had contempt for moderate Republicans McCain and Romney.

“Enmity and Hatred should clearly be studied by reference to their opposites. Enmity may be produced by anger or spite or calumny. Now whereas anger arises from offences against oneself, enmity may arise even without that; we may hate people merely because of what we take to be their character. Anger is always concerned with individuals — a Callias or a Socrates — whereas hatred is directed also against classes: we all hate any thief and any informer. Moreover, anger can be cured by time; but hatred cannot. The one aims at giving pain to its object, the other at doing him harm; the angry man wants his victims to feel; the hater does not mind whether they feel or not. All painful things are felt; but the greatest evils, injustice and folly, are the least felt, since their presence causes no pain. And anger is accompanied by pain, hatred is not; the angry man feels pain, but the hater does not. Much may happen to make the angry man pity those who offend him, but the hater under no circumstances wishes to pity a man whom he has once hated: for the one would have the offenders suffer for what they have done; the other would have them cease to exist.”
Since Ronald Reagan in early 1980, right? :)
The least popular says the BS mongers in the media. Yawn.
I understand this - this stat always a has been and meaningless statistic which never stands up to scrutiny over time and the logic is as wispy as gas.
Trump is still going to win.
It is truly odd that the most hated guy in the election also has the most number of votes. This must be derived from common core math.
Great!!! This looks like a landslide victory for Trump in November.....
Yeah, the rally arenas are empty. Poor Donald...
Similar to polls taken at the mall.
Opinions of people who are:
- too dumb to keep walking
- “need to be heard”
- high
>>>That certainly explains why he is winning and can draw the largest crowds.
The math isn’t hard to see. He has a core of folks who really like him a lot and won’t change their mind no matter what.
One, if interested, could Google this LAT Washington Bureau chief and see nearly all of his latest spew columns are hate-Trump-first. Just more literary diarrhea from the thoughtful, concerned haters.
Oh, he’s done now. It’s over.
I can only speak for myself. I am scared of Trump’s inability to articulate, his “mis-speaking” on issues and his initial inflammatory rhetoric that is now starting to turn cold. In our circle of friends, family, etc. there is not one woman who supports Trump which props up recent poll results. They are all very conservative and they despise him. Not real crazy about Cruz either........so here we are going into another Presidential election without a strong, viable candidate.
Ahhh yes. The siren of the elite media telling us all how unpopular Trump is, how he is hated by the downtrodden.
This is all lies.
There is a concerted effort throughout the MSM to construct this Potemkin village of lies about Trump, so as to bully and nudge the Joe and Jane Sixpack away from voting for the the truly independent candidate not beholden to Big Corporatists and Big Money.
And driven away >>10 times that many: women, conservatives, pro-life, anti-life,.... .................. Agree, mostly those who watch the View and Maury. Judging from what I hear from my wife and her friends, they still like Trump, “BECAUSE with all his billions, HE IS SUCH A TYPICAL MAN.” I guess its because she isn’t into wussies, and she hates Hillary?
Well said.
He isn’t a politician.
