Ted Cruz sweeps Wyoming Republican Convention
CNN ^ | 4/16/16 | Dan Berman

It's a Ted Cruz sweep in Wyoming.

Cruz won 14 of 14 Republican National Convention delegates up for grabs at the Wyoming state convention here Saturday. The crowd here was clearly in Cruz's corner, as the Texas senator was the only candidate to make the trip to Casper -- ahead of a major snowstorm -- and Sarah Palin, scheduled to speak for Trump, previously canceled.

He’s not going to be. What the Cruzlims won’t acknowledge is that the process is rigged. They mock Trump and anyone else for saying it is, but facts are it’s not worth the time expense and energy for Trump to compete there when the party has locked him out. Cruz supporters at these conventions are the far right of the right as are most Cruz supporters, which is why he can only get 25% of the vote nationally.

This ends April 26th after Trump wins his 6th in a row and Ted finishes 3rd for the 6th time in a row. Cruz can pick delegates all he wants in the hopes of a contested convention, but Trump will get 1237, and if he is a bit short, he will pick up what he needs from the 125-150 unbound delegates or will offer Kasich the VP and get his 66 Ohio delegates. Once Kasich drops out, Trump gets all 66 per Ohio law. So the Republican party would be looking at a historic defeat of epic proportions if they nominate Cruz through his bogus delegate stacking process. Millions will stay home or write Trump in like myself. Independents will be turned off by Cruz and why would any Democrat choose Cruz over Hillary? Cruz supporters can delude themselves all they want, but this ends on April 26th.

Yeah...HUGE WIN!!!! LOL

Cruz votes-—————644 66.3%
Rubio votes—————189 19.5%
Trump votes—————70 7.2%

Not much population Wyoming, huh???

I thought the state was bigger than that....

Cruz got 644 votes? Impressive. Trump got 1.1 MILLION in winning Florida.

Fact is Cruz doesn’t win states with more than a few dozen voters.

20 biggest electoral vote states

after 4/26

Trump 13
Cruz 2
Kasich 1

There is only 1 national candidate there and it is not Ted Cruz.

I wonder if they’ll tweet #Nevertrump just like the CO GOP did...not surprising, as this was a convention just like Colorado.

Doesn’t anyone find it a little odd that Cruz wins all the convention and caucus states, which have limited voter turned out, yet he has only won 4 primary states? Can’t we just put 2 and 2 together here folks?

Haha... After 30 years of putting up with the likes of McCain, Romney and Dole, it took Ted Cruz to force me out of the Republican party.

He is so detestable that I can no longer associate with the party.

You guys can have Cruz and suck on Hillary for 8 years. I'm out.

Is not Cruz for a VAT tax, the TPP and for importing moslems? He needs to choose between Christianity and the constitution.

Any explanation of how Rubio got 19.5% since he’s not running right now?

It’s not whining, it’s addressing a corrupt system. And you know if Trump was shutting out Cruz in convention states then all the Cruz supporters would claim Trump is a cheater and can only win by manipulation and not votes.

So if the shoe was on the other foot, you’d all be saying the opposite and you know it.

The GOP has always cheated and stolen delegates? Sadly probably true. They need their guy in at all costs.

I “selected” him myself by voting for him. As senator and as my choice for president. My right just as you have yours. So there.

It does seem that way. Cruz’s hopes of winning rest on having the nomination given to him by his fellow GOPe hacks.

Actually no. it requires a plurality of the “votes” to count. Like almost all of Cruz’s “wins” there were no votes by the voters.

Lying Ted is a dirtbag but don’t his supporters make it all but impossible to join their cause? Nasty Bunch who do or say anything in an effort to score political points.

Yes..all of that.

During his speech at the GOP event in New York, Cruz listed 'Security' as his third item that he considered this election to be about.

Third.....friggin' third....

Great Ted, just let our borders be overrun. Jackass.

What the Cruzlims won’t acknowledge is that the process is rigged.

Cruzlims like the process being rigged.

And I enjoy how the Cruzlims get all politically correct (uptight) about the word "Cruzlims".
