This happened to a nice lady in Ohio in 2014. Excellent police work found two white guys and brothers and teenagers who visited the scene two times. Police questioned the two guys, arrested and charged them with $50,000 bail.
Punks. No crime is unpunished, since either the police catch them in this life or God holds them accountable in the next life.
I remember this story. The lady was from OH, the criminals were from PA. 3 of the 4 went to jail.

The trucker is very lucky he lived. A few miles from where I live four punks one night as they described it were having some redneck fun threw a rock off an overpass on I-75 into the windshield of a car killing a woman.
This kind of crime deserves public stoning, in the biblical manner. Of the perp and his parents and siblings, and any progeny and their maternal units.
Same goes for any female executing this particular inhuman nonsense, but every baby-daddy connected to her and his immediate kin get the same treatment.

I’m REALLY CROSS about this kind of thing, since I was a recipient of a dropped 16”x8”x8” concrete block in the passenger’s side of my windshield a few years ago.
I am still concerned every time I drive under an overpass, bridge, pedestrian walk, trestle, etc. if I see someone walking on same. Not their fault, but I remember...
