This happened to a nice lady in Ohio in 2014. Excellent police work found two white guys and brothers and teenagers who visited the scene two times. Police questioned the two guys, arrested and charged them with $50,000 bail.
Punks. No crime is unpunished, since either the police catch them in this life or God holds them accountable in the next life.

The trucker is very lucky he lived. A few miles from where I live four punks one night as they described it were having some redneck fun threw a rock off an overpass on I-75 into the windshield of a car killing a woman.
