The people making the law are hardly marginally educated abd neither are the judges that let them get away with it .
There is no real duality in the koran . They have verses on how to treat muslims and other on how to treat non muslims .
The problem comes when they quote the verses out of context and apply verses which are meant for treating muslims as verses for treating everyone else. They get away with it because no one bothers to read the verses that directly follow .
Technically I have a high school diploma and a cosmetology certificate which makes me “marginally educated” on top of that I have brain damage from a diving accident . Some how I have no trouble understanding what I read when I read the koran.

I was singing hymms of hope in church yesterday and it occured to me how dark muslim worship is.
Muslim Service:
The women will be separated from the men. Everyone will take off their shoes before entering the main area of the Mosque and all women will have their heads, arms, and legs covered.
There is usually a room for washing near the door if you did not do it at home before prayer.
Many mosques have prayer rugs built in as part of the carpet, or you may have to bring your own. Each person will sit on the floor on their own ‘prayer rug’ space.
The Imam will be at the front of the room where the men are, which is usually seperated by a short wall or screen from the women.
The Imam will give announcements and a sermon, and then lead the group in prayer.
The prayers are recited from the Qur’an and will involve different positions throughout the prayer such as standing, sitting, kneeling, and bowing.
Collections or offerings are usually taken at a box near the door, not from passing a plate.

It is the liberal strategy of late to divide people into groups, then assign specific roles to them: victim, or oppressor. These roles never change. Victimization is the most desirable role, of course, as it confers political power.
