Trump Pulls Ahead Of Clinton In US Presidential Race
Israel Hayom ^ | May 19, 2016

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump leads Democratic rival Hillary Clinton in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup, according to a new Fox News poll published on Wednesday.

The poll found that Trump holds a 45%-42% edge over Clinton. A month ago, Clinton held a 48%-41%.

Meanwhile, American Jewish businessman and philanthropist Sheldon Adelson is already at work on behalf of Trump after Adelson publicly endorsed Trump last week.

"I'm asking for your support" for Trump, Adelson wrote in an email on Monday to more than 50 Republican Jewish leaders. Adelson told them he had met with Trump recently and is "specifically convinced he will be a tremendous president when it comes to the safety and security of Israel."

Trump will need a double-digit advantage going into election night to overcome all the cheating that will be done by the Dems...and the GOPe.

Remember this a few weeks ago from political genius George Will:

“Trump would be the most unpopular nominee ever, unable to even come close to Mitt Romney’s insufficient support among women, minorities and young people. In losing disastrously, Trump probably would create down-ballot carnage sufficient to end even Republican control of the House. Ticket splitting is becoming rare in polarized America: In 2012, only 5.7 percent of voters supported a presidential candidate and a congressional candidate of opposite parties.”

Ummmm George: The world has changed. You haven’t. You’re a dinosaur.

Barack Hussein Obama.....quickly, get Joe “PLUGS” Biden & Elizabeth “POCAHANTAS” Warren warmed up, to take over the POTUS race. Hilllary Clinton is toast....no burnt toast!!! Biden can pitch & Warren can catch!!!

Regardless of how her adoring media spins it, Hillary Clinton had a devastating political wipe out Tueday evening, in Kentucky & Oregon!!! Now.......Obama and his ilk of Democrat buffoons can fool themselves all the want to....but, Clinton is going nowhere fast!!!

Donald J. Trump is just getting started!!! He will win this race against HRC in a massive landslide victory, come November 8, 2016!!! GO DONALD J. TRUMP!!!

I doubt that any of the GOPe grandees actually believed a single syllable of that nonsense, then OR now, in all honesty. I think they were more genuinely terrified that someone actually NOT slavishly beholden to the Club for Growth and amnesty uber alles could (and would) win against Baba Yaga Clinton. ;)

The polling adjusts the party percentages to do that already, which is why some of them are reasonably accurate on election day. Even when Trump was not my choice, I had always said he would be able to beat Hillary Clinton, and it wouldn't be particularly close.

If they try to pull a switcheroo and put in a Biden or an Evan Bayh or a Bernie Sanders or a whomever, Trump will appeal (with good reasons) to the many who are starting to think that a powerful and amorphous "THEY" will do whatever "THEY" can just to not have Trump.

Absolutely true.

It is going to be interesting to see the level of hysteria, hyperbole, and disgusting behavior that comes out of the Dems if Hillary cannot get & maintain a clear lead. Democrat campaign ads will soon look like the cover of a sleazy tabloid: "Insider reveals that Trump serves fried baby parts for snacks while meeting with aliens"

Agreed

in all honesty. I think they were more genuinely terrified that someone actually NOT slavishly beholden to the Club for Growth and amnesty uber alles could (and would) win against Baba Yaga Clinton. ;)"

Disagree with this, well partially at least. I doubt they WANTED someone for the nomination they thought would lose. I think they DEFINITELY didn't want someone who would actually take action against importing cheap labor via loose borders. These GOP leader types / Chamber of Commerce / Club for Growth types consider that their lifeblood.
