It’s not the so-called trans gendered that are the problem; they are just sick delusional creatures. The author knows this and is creating a straw man issue. It is the sick pos that make believe they are trans gendered so they can sneak into the ladies’s rooms to practice their particularly sick brand of perversion.
I suspect many of the more traveled on this forum have been in the restroom with a transgender and not been aware of it.

The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force says it is time to repeal America’s “archaic and unjust” sex laws....
According to its website, “The Woodhull Freedom Foundation brings together experienced, successful sexual freedom activists” who seek to eliminate governmental and private barriers “to expressions of human sexuality in the United States and around the world.”
“This project will be a significant step toward eliminating unjust laws that are used almost exclusively for the purpose of persecuting minorities,” said Dr. Mary Frances Berry, chair of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and a Woodhull Freedom Foundation board member.
“Most Americans are unaware of the sex laws in this country and how those laws are used to selectively persecute individuals simply for their private and consensual sexual expression,” Berry said. “We believe that once people are educated on these issues, they will demand change.”
...In addition, the project will examine laws against public lewdness, “which are routinely misused to persecute and prosecute people who participate in non-traditional forms of sexual expression.”

It's more likely that normal people are accosted when restrooms become cruising spots for homosexuals preying on normal people. I can remember certain highway rest stops that people were advised not to use because you would be propositioned, or worse (happened to me once because I had the gall to actually rest in my car during a long trip.) A certain men's room in a department store where I worked during college became such a problem with homosexual propositioning and sexually touching normal men going about their business that undercover police had to be deployed to stop the disgusting plague.

The article is dishonest. What is happening is a well-planned agenda that began two years ago in NC where they outside-funded some radicals to take over a city council. The city council passed a ridiculous bathroom law.
The state reacted by passing a counter-law. The feds (ready, as part of the plan) rushed in within two weeks with a nationwide edict. This is exactly what they did with the gay marriage thing, but they are on a short timeline now because O is leaving office. Press will not report the truth, obviously, as to how this started. They act as if the right is trying to change the status quo, which has WORKED for hundreds of years with no problem. The left is the one trying to change the common sense status quo.
