Hillary’s Aide Becomes Her Attorney in Order to Claim Attorney-Client Privilege Regarding Emails
Young Conservatives ^ | June 1, 2016 | John S. Roberts

Posted on 06/02/2016 6:31:22 AM PDT by xzins

Crooked is as crooked does – and Hillary Clinton has a Master’s degree.

From BizPac Review:

Former State Department aide for Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Mills, blocked specific questions about Clinton’s private email server, citing attorney-client privilege, saying that she is now Clinton’s attorney, according to the Daily Mail.

Mills’ attorney repeatedly shut down questioning from Judicial Watch attorney Ramona Cotca, the group that has filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against Clinton, claiming that the former chief of staff did not have to divulge information that she learned after the fact as Clinton’s attorney.

In other questioning, though, Mills said she could not recall any instances where the former secretary of state or her top aides spoke with IT aide Bryan Pagliano, who set up Clinton’s private email server, according to the Hill.

“In my presence, I don’t recall occasions where he interacted with the secretary,” Mills said. “In my presence, I don’t recall him engaging with folks in the secretary’s office.”

Nothing to see here, folks.

Move along.

Just Hillary being Hillary – doing whatever she can to skirt the law.

If the FBI can’t nab Clinton for her malfeasance regarding her private server, what hope do we have?

It is amazing that this is not all over the news with condemnation, picketing, and calls for stepping down.

Is America content with a crook for president? They don’t even know what’s going on. It’s not being reported to them.

Hopefully, Trump will find a way to let them know.

Wait, so you can talk to someone for years and then become their lawyer and all exchanges are protected?

And lawyers wonder why they are despised...

The very first question out the mouths of the deposing attorney after that should have been, “Present us evidence of your license to practice law in this state, or the state in which you are claiming to represent her.”

Corruption with a capital C. It amazes me how disgusting the media is to purposefully not report negative info about Hillary.

Cheryl has been pulling the “I’m Hilly’s lawyer & all is privileged” scheme for years & years & years ....

This is not Cheryl’s first “email rodeo” either. Here’s the 2013 kerfluffle over emails:

And, “...show us your written and signed agreement to provide legal services and act as counsel to Hillary....”

Will the FBI indict her as a co-conspirator?

That’s the way of the left though isn’t it, it’s not a crime unless a Republican does it. Look at Watergate, that was headline news for at least 10 years while the multiple crimes of the Clinton criminal cabal are laughed off or excused even though they’ve been involved in every crime imaginable, even rape possibly even murder.

If I am an attorney but not representing you and we stop at the bank that you go into and rob and I drive you away, knowing or not that you committed the crime, I am still aiding and abetting and I cannot imagine any court allowing you later to claim you are the robber’s attorney.

Of course, we are not talking normal courts or normal people.

Another thread said there were seven attorneys objecting on her behalf.

I hope Judicial Watch can come up with a better strategy for these depositions.
