In addition to the 2nd Amendment, patriots need to go upstream and start pointing out that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate civilian arms.
In fact, the Supreme Court has clarified that powers not expressly delegated by the states to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, are prohibited to the feds.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
Note that federal laws regulating civilian arms seem to have started appearing in the books during the FDR Administration, FDR and the Congress at the time infamous for making laws which Congress could not justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

Also, consider that Section 1 of the 14th Amedment (14A) expressly prohibits the states from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections, including the 2nd Amendment.
14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
So although Congress has no specific constitutional power to regulate civilian arms, Congress now has a 14A duty to make laws to prohibit the states from limiting our 2nd Amendment protections for example, such as the case with Orlando.
And speaking of Congress, patriots need to support Trump with a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to not only support Trumps vision for making America great again for everybody, but also work with the states to prevent tragedies like Orlando from happening again.

I have a good deal more than 55. Some are spares, a hedge against loss or failure of an item that is no longer manufactured and can't be replaced with the purchase of a new one. Some have particular personal meaning- I have both of my granddads' handguns, as well as my father's, and I've got a couple in for repair or evaluation. And, of course, not all are handguns.
