There is no way Trump/Cruz/RNC do not have a detailed, ironclad agreement about Cruz’s speech. Endorsement will definitely be forthcoming, but held til the speech for additional drama. Trump is great at this stuff.

I commented here that night and I’ll use the same words today...it was with great giddiness that the “strict” Constitutionalist approached the bank of reporters in the hotel lobby. He made a passing (10 words or less) remark about the 1A, but then with a glee usually only seen when HS cheerleaders fight, he went on, and on, and on, and then on some more about Trump’s “hate filled, incindiary rhetoric” and how Trump had caused a Soros renta mob to riot.
