This from a major MSM news outlet. They must be worried she's unelectable.

Most also say the email controversy won’t affect their vote choice in the presidential election...

If it changes the votes of 3 percent, that’s Hugh and Series

On the other hand, the majority opinion of We the People hasn’t mattered for 15 years at least.

I suspect things are about to change, however.

I had the same WTF moment when the FBI’s James Comey decided not to to pursue an indictment of Hillary as I had when the jury returned their ‘not guilty’ verdict in the OJ Simpson trial. Unbelievable ...

A majority of Americans disapproves of the FBI's recommendation not to charge Hillary Clinton with a crime over her handling of email while secretary of state,

The crime was mishandling Top Secret SCI material, not "handling of email". The proper penalty is at least ten years in prison. I'd recommend a very nice prison, since she's a non-violent felon, but I'll be disgusted if she doesn't go to prison at all over a crime that would have sent me behind bars for years.

It could be 90% of Amerikans want her in jail and the stinking obammy criminal family would not do a danged thing. They watch each others stinking butts and know that if they break the law, the others will watch out for them.

Hillary dodged a bullet this weekend. As a result of the Dallas shootings, the weekend talk shows (including FoxNews) almost completely ignored the email scandal.

The statement might be statistically true, but Hillary is damaged goods.
10% are more likely to support her (the true believers)
28% are less likely
58% no change

So yes, “most” (58%) won’t change their mind. However the significant nugget is almost 30% are now less likely to vote for her. That is a dramatic shift which has been buried with statistical razzle dazzle.

28 percent “less likely to vote for her” is pretty good, that means that they are either open to voting for Trump or just staying home.

No, that will be determined on the basis of how much FREE SH*T she is promising to hand out.

So 10% actually are more likely to vote for Hillary because she exposed classified info to the enemy and is too stupid to handle email properly. Disturbing!

The majority realizes that were they in her shoes they would have been charged and convicted.

I realize that were I once again an airman third class in the comm center and been negligent with classified material, I would have been charged and convicted.

Justice does not apply to the big people. It is that simple.

I am mystified that the right wing press has not clearly defined exactly what Hillary and her people did with regard to emails.

In the US Government, classified and unclassified email systems are entirely separate. There is no electronic connectivity between them.

Therefore, for Hillary and her aides to get thousands of classified emails on to the unclassified system required INTENTIONAL and PURPOSEFUL actions. Hillary, Huma Abedein, Cheryl Mills, et al had to have done the following to move the emails from the classified system to the unclassified system: they had to insert thumb drives, CDs, or floppy disks into the classified system, copy those classified emails, then physically plug those media into Hillary’s unclassified system. Then, before hitting SEND, they deleted the classified markings, leaving only the text (giving Hillary the ability to say “nothing was marked classified”).

These actions are felonies.

Comey said there was no INTENT in Hillary’s actions. How is what I described above not intent????

The Congress should ask about criminal intent on a case where a member took a selfies and sent it to his girlfriend. Unfortunately, a radar screen was in the background. Stupid? Yes. Careless? Certainly! Criminal intent? How?

And, assuming the poll results aren’t worse yet, even more people would disapprove if they knew how they would be treated if they put just ONE piece of classified information in a single email on an unclassified system.

What I’m waiting for someone to bring up is the very brief reference to portion markings on a couple of the emails. If there were portion markings, which are used to indicate the classification of individual paragraphs in a document, someone either scanned a hard copy classified document or downloaded it from a classified system. How might one do that “unintentionally”?
