Waffle House needs to give him free meals for a year. At least.

Lol. Looks like they had to strain to come up with a theory for why that one was “self defense”. But all’s well that ends well.

AK-47? Are the intrepid journos sure? More likely an M-16. No pics of the ass-salt rifle yet? 😯

Do you know, did this happen on Thursday (last week) or Tuesday (yesterday)?

Interesting that this has not had more attention by the MSM, considering all of the news out of Dallas recently, calls for gun control, etc. lately.

If you have an AK, why hit a Waffle House? The risk-reward ratio is not in one’s favor.

That is why you say nothing to the police. You let your lawyer do the talking, because it is his job to keep you out of trouble.

Not likely. Waffle House is a gun free zone. Stores in AZ have signs posted. Does anyone know if this location had their 30-06 sign up?

Police said the customer called to Cooper once they were outside.

Maybe it went something like this:

Customer: "Hey, you!"

Cooper: "I'm about to point my rifle at you!"

Customer: Bang! Bang, Bang! Bang!

Cooper: "Mommy!"
