The Obama administration has released “tens of thousands” of illegal aliens convicted of crimes in the U.S. because their home countries refused to take them back.
And a “substantial number” of those involve serious crimes, a government official said Thursday during a House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on so-called recalcitrant countries.
Nations like China, Liberia and Guinea often refuse to take back their own citizens after being convicted of crimes in the U.S.
The issue entered the national spotlight here after a Haitian national named Jean Jacques killed 25-year-old Casey Chadwick last year in her Connecticut apartment after being released from prison after serving 17 years in prison for attempted murder. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was unable to deport Jacques back to Haiti because the Caribbean nation refused to take him back.

Cut the immigration quota of non-cooperating countries.
Exclude nationals of the non-cooperating countries from immigration amnesties.
Tax wire and other monetary transfers to the non-cooperating countries.
Then they should be released in their home countries anyway.

Federal law already requires the State Department to stop issuing visas to countries which refuse to take their criminal citizens back. It's being completely ignored along with most other law regarding immigration.
We could sue but the American people have no standing to challenge our lawless government. There are no redress of grievances available.
What kind of country asks another country to take back their criminals and when they say no just cuts them loose. I know they do it but it even sounds ridiculous.
IOW, they’re so lazy or major thugs that they aren’t wanted back home so we have to support them and subject our citizens to their behaviors. Maybe Obama can put them up in the Lincoln bedroom or throw a few pallets on the floor of his daughters’ rooms because that’s what he’s doing to us.
Do it the old way. When a national airline takes off for home just put them on that. Or a ship.

Bus them to the embassies and consulates of the countries in question. Once they’re on their nation’s territory, they can’t complain. . .
