DETROIT — A Muslim flight attendant has sued ExpressJet, accusing the airline of wrongly suspending her because she refused to serve alcohol to passengers.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations’ Michigan chapter announced Tuesday it filed the lawsuit last week on behalf of Charee Stanley, a Detroit-based flight attendant for the airline headquartered in Atlanta.

When is Congress or DOJ (Yeah, right) going to look into CAIR as both a RICO (criminal organization) and a terrorist/Sharia Law cover-upper?
Since they were an unindicted co-sonspirator in the Holy Land Fund case, that means there is serious evidence of their criminality.

A question hangs over what job description was, of course. If she was told and refused and (here comes the EEOC) there was no reasonable accommodation possible, then she may be dismissed and the suit will come to naught. But this is nothing salacious to be speaking of.
I’m going to go ahead and assume this FA just made it impossible for all muzzies to get a job in the airline business.

Scarcely the first time such an issue has arisen. Tracing how the law has dealt with such cases might be illuminating.
We might hate it, but currently Islam gets the same consideration as any other major religion. It has managed to become a canary in the civic mine that Christians are in.
But that has turned “Christianity” into a thing of the kingdom of this world, as well. No wonder salvations are virtually passe today.
Somehow I picture a hijab’d face with huge filed teeth looming over me and demanding,
“Would you care for some alcohol, you worthless infidel pig deserving your neck slashed?”
She knew what was required when she took the job.
She’s a plant. I have no doubt that she’s trying to use her position to get this country to capitulate to muslim demands through litigation.
If she doesn’t want to serve alcohol, then don’t take a job that you know it’s part of.

That's cause they know that's how to defeat us. Not through violence, but through our own criminal justice system.
I'm convinced that they take these jobs, KNOWING that they require something of them that their religion forbids, and then sue to change the rules to favor them. I'm sure it's all well planned out.

There are a couple of sentences that should not be stuck in the middle of post 41 on this thread on Freerepublic, but front page news. If there was such a thing as front page news. Do you recall just how many unindicted co-conspiritors there were in the Holy Land Fund case?

Doubt if she has a case. When she applied for, and accepted, the job, she knew that serving booze is one of the primary duties. If she didn’t, then she’s so stupid she shouldn’t be working anywhere.
