..he was never behind IMHO. The earlier pre -election polls are to shape opinion. They tighten up and are closer to actual numbers ( with some exceptions) by election day.
I find it interesting that the LA Times always tends to show Trump doing the best.
Look for another news network poll to come out today and say Clinton is still leading by 5-7 points. It’ll probably be Fox or NBC. No way they’ll let this LA Times poll stand without fighting back. No way this poll can be mentioned. We know CNN and MSNBC will ignore it, my bet is so will Fox. Judge Jeanine tonight will be the exception. Her show is live and she’ll damn sure mention that her good friend Donald Trump has taken the lead. If no other polls come out today, it still won’t be mentioned on the Sunday morning shows. They’ll talk about democrat Sabato’s ridiculous comments that Clinton will win in a landslide.
Which needs to be validated in other polling and validated in elections; transformational if Trump can win that percentage in 2016

Agree with what you said. However, I’m beginning to think, given Kankle’s health, there won’t be any debates. Time will tell.
Getting harder to do that with the PPP poll today showing a lead, the poll two days ago showing a Trump 6 point lead, and the FOUR other polls all within MOE.
The race has clearly, absolutely changed.
Notice the black vote for Trump jumped 10 points after his Milwaukee speech!! He has close to 15%. That is astounding and he is up to 32% with Hispanics!! That is mind boggling. He is appealing to all factions!! The woman vote for the criminal hillary as dropped below 50%!!!
The honesty, or lack thereof, thing, is beginning to take its toll on illary!
No matter how many of these polls come out, the Liberal Media (including most of Fox News) continues to claim the Wicked Witch has a sizeable lead over Trump. I’ve stopped watching Fox News, except sometimes for Hannity, because the anti-Trump propaganda infuriates me. On Election Night, they will all be astonished that Trump won and will wonder how their polls could be wrong.
Both polls, LA times and PPP summarily ignored by all the media and that includes Fox News. But of course Fox and the other liberal stations have reported Sabato’s projected numbers showing Clinton winning in a landslide. I would think Judge Jeanine tonight will report on the LA times poll. Fox was fairly conservative under Ailes. Since his departure and Murduch’s leftist sons taking over the network leans further and further left.
