Freepers, we should not allow ourselves to be labeled w/ this recently coined phrase-its a trap!
We are Americans. Period.
The msm slimes will use this label to try and tie us to the most vile and despicable elements out there.
Reject it immediately.
I’ve very much enjoyed following your conversation on this thread. I agree with both of you. I love Locke, Hayak (road to Serfdom), and consider myself to be an old school classic liberal that is the kind of “conservative” that built this great country.
Things got real bad starting in 1947 with the SCOTUS...and the 50s lead the way to get God out of the public square.
“marron stated: Thats why a good preacher is worth more than fifty bureaucrats and politicians. Five hundred. Five thousand.”
Thank you. It’s hard being a good preacher these days but someone’s got to continue the message. As a deacon who preaches weekly, I can tell you that Virtue, principle and grace are among my favorite topics.

the enemedia will pound on “alt-right” for a few days. No one will know what it means, and it will resonate only with die-hard Hillary fans. The great unwashed masses of voters, if they think about it at all, will think “Meh.”, and it will convince no one to vote for Hillary who wasn’t going to vote for her anyway.
You're entitled of course, but what I see is more like a guerilla war where they don't know how to attack us.
If the "alt-right" is an actual thing that's fine, although from what I've read here it's not something I'd ascribe to, but my point is that the right in this country is bigger than that and we should not allow ourselves to be labeled.
We’ve got more preachers than you can shake a stick at.
What we need is more “deacons” on the biblical model, then we wouldn’t need all the bureaucrats.
That choice is not up to us. What IS up to us is how we react to those labels.
Hillary picking a fight with Alex Jones.
Think about it.
One con picking on another con.
Proves she is nuts.
thank you.
As a Christian I would say it is forever thus.
Which is why the Lord gave us Lk 16:8. Nevertheless, I don't think "losing" is what He was advocating.
This battle started long before we were here and will continue long after we're dust.
I can't speak for others, but for my house, we will serve the Lord.
“Stay off ma lawn!”
I’ll tell the neighborhood kids its okay to play in your yard.:)
We are NOT "Alt-right"
So, you hate religion?
Don't need to bother with you anymore. You're obviously a destructive and entropic element in our society.
cool
Hillary has determined, along with the Alynsky left...to ‘define’ those who oppose her and the Globalist Agenda she represents.
There is no such thing as “Alt-right”....it’s a typical diversion from the truth they oppose.
Suit yourself, little cuss.
Perhaps you can come back after your diapers been changed.
They're an angry lot and I recommend steering clear of them.
Aye, that it is. And that’s why “conservative activism” will never - NEVER - bring about the restoration that all these constertooshunal conservatives say they want to see. Trusting in politics is a fool’s game. The best we can hope for from politics is a few people who will slow the tide enough that culture and religion working from the bottom up can bring about real changes to hearts and minds, not cosmetic changes applied from above, and do so with enough time left to actually mean something.
The great error of the Ted Cruz-style constertooshunal conservatives has been an overly active trust in the present political system, and believing that their messiah - Ted Cruz - could somehow take it over from the inside and effect some sort of political salvation.
But there is no salvation in politics. There’s only buying time.
Unless America turns back to God, even the time we’d manage to buy with a Donald Trump presidency will merely have been wasted.
I agree in principle, but in practice what would you have done differently in the last forty years of losing?
That’s why I went to ‘google news’.
I wanted to see when it popped into the mainstream
