Hillary lied and said her documents were not marked as classified confidential.
Last night Julian Assange announced that Wikileaks has thousands of cables Hillary Clinton signed with a “c” that designated it as classified confidential.

The statute says classified information - there is nothing about the requirement to have headers on it. She is the responsible person for the State Department and ignorance is not an excuse under the law. Even negligence per the statute is a felony crime.
This is ridiculous. I cannot tell you how angry this makes me - not because of politics. It is a blatant admission that one person is too big to prosecute and it destroys the rule of law in our nation. Her husband brought the idea of blowjobs “not being sex” to our children and now she corrupts the rule of law. To think they have profited to the tune of over 200 million dollars on a pay to play charity/foundation scam that does not accurately report to the IRS is just icing on the cake.
She is a walking felony and the Department of Justice just told us that they don’t care. Too bad so few of our citizens appear to understand the seriousness of these offenses like the gentleman who asked the question.

Hate to sound cruel, but I wonder if that Vet has some terminal illness. Otherwise, he’s really taking his chances asking the Clinton machine questions like that. Wouldn’t surprise me if he ended up committing suicide with two 9mm’s to the head.
On another note, can someone(hopefully someone with legit experience....IE Signal Corps, Military Intel, etc) explain to me how she was able to receive classified info on a non-secure server. I was under the impression that the hardware/software talks to each other and that info can’t be sent or received unless the systems are compatible.

So, how is it that my company can block me from seeing a website with a simple program, but the DIA couldn’t prevent her from sending/receiving that TS-SCI/SA stuff on her home brew server?
