We just got back form a 2000 mile driving trip. We went from Snohomish Washington (1 hour north o Seattle) to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. So we covered Eastern Washington, Montana and a little bit of Idaho and Wyoming.
To make it easy I kept track of the Trump/Pence signas and my wife counted the Clinton/Keine signs. She had the easier job.
Final tally:
Trump/Pence = 26 Clinton/Keine = 0
A total shut out for the inevitable Hillary.
democrat voters tend to live in the cities while republicans live in the suburbs
Astonishing.
I’m in MA and have seen ONE bumper sticker——and it was for Trump. This is very local driving, though.
.
A few weeks ago I bought a car in Long Island and drove it back to Colorado. LI had multiple Trump yard signs. Saw nothing else the entire trip except Trump signs. Saw one Hillary bumper sticker in CO last week, but the car had CA plates. We call them tourons here.
I live in Oakland. Bernie signs and bumper stickers could be seen everywhere. There are practically no Clinton signs. I’ve seen one Trump bumper sticker.
Ma and Pa were in NW Arkansas for 3 days over the weekend. Hillary signs 0.
I live in the Madison Wi area. On my 26 Mile commute I’ll do the same thing.
Here’s my early guess on what I’ll find.
Obama / Biden - 203
Rainbow - 187
Recall Walker - 184
Coexist - 163
Kerry 04 - 32
Mondale - 12
I stand with Walker - 3
Hillary - 1
I’m in the SF Bay Area where it’s about 80% Democrats. I’ve seen maybe one Hillary bumper sticker and no yard signs. I’ve only seen one Trump bumper sticker. But normally there are tons of signs for the Dem candidates. That doesn’t mean the Dems won’t vote for Clinton, but there’s definitely no enthusiasm,so hopefully a lot will stay home. And I know several long-time Dems who will be voting for Trump.
Democrat voters use mass transit and Republican voters own cars!
I used to live there, and most conservatives I knew were afraid to have bumper stickers because they didn’t want their car keyed.
It’s hard to see Hillary signs in Hillary voter’s parents basement. You have to look real hard through the little spider-web infested windows and catch the visage in the cold radiance of the XBOX glow from the TV.
Democrats use mass transit, but mostly to sleep and BM
Doesn’t everyone know, rubber baby bumper stickers will get you no fat. In other words, nt enough profit in bumper stickers for the Clintonistas.
I have yet to see a single Hillary sign here in Illinois. A few Bernie diehards are still up, but all you see are some Trump signs.
Trump 39, Klinton 1 so far (Interstate 5 through northern CA and OR, plus the North Cascades Loop of highways 2 and 20 in WA).
The lone anomaly was a homemade "I'm with her" sign in Burlington, WA.
Zero enthusiasm for her.
And in the wake of the revelation she had effectively withdrawn from the race, a lot of her voters will stay home.
No point in voting for someone who can’t win, much less than serve her term if she did.
Hillary is toast.
On a trip to Washington state a few weeks ago I saw only one Hillary bumper sticker and that one read “Hilary for Prison 2016.”
Did ya take Interstate highways or smaller highways?
I am soon hitting the road, driving from Seattle area to Phoenix, AZ and then on to Jacksonville, FL. Around 3600 miles, all Interstate mostly. If I see any bumper stickers, I will keep count.
Here in VA....I’ve seen maybe 6 Hitlery stickers and two yard signs. 20 plus Trump stickers and about the same number of Trump signs.
The rats will vote for hitlery regardless. But there isn’t much enthusiasm it seems. So turnout will be the issue.
I’m in the ultra, uber liberal Emory University area.
It’s one for one, literally.
1-T, 1-H, not counting the two Hill for prison.
In Northern Virginia, I’ve seen one Hillary bumper sticker, one Trump and the remainder being a ever growing number of “Don’t Tread on Me” plates, which are de facto Trump stickers for people who want to lower their chances of getting keyed while parked.
