But since it’s all done in the name of fooling the infidel, it’s perfectly ok, virtuous even.

You know, the problem with Security in this country is that The DoD operates its way and a lot of the technical security guidelines are taken from NSA. Then each service has their own special rules, and then you have other agencies like the State Department that does anything it damned well wants.

Then there is NISPOM, the National Industrial Security Program Objective Memorandum which contain all the rules for industrial and commercial contractors and it is overseen by the Defense Security Service. For most of my career we operated under DSS and NISPOM except when I was in the AF.

It is downright laughable what some government organizations do for security and how they treat their classified material process - the process for passing ‘special clearances’ is, frankly, bizarre in my opinion.

All I can say is that when some government big wig screws up or we get a traitor or whoever, DSS and NISPOM come down like a hammer with the most ridiculous requirements (read punishment) that virtually none of the official government users normally have to even deal with.

It is really disheartening. I was at a retirement session for my former admin assistant. I know the security head very well - for years. I’ve been gone 5 years now and I looked him straight in the eye and ask him “What do you think is gonna happen now? Same old contractors catch the shit? All he could do is look down at the floor and didn’t want to look me straight in the eye and tell me this government is going to respond appropriately.

Intent is not required by the statute.

“18 U.S. Code 793(f)(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

Comey is complicit. There are still some in government, perhaps in defense, who decided to expose a little truth. The two top FBI officials are complicit. CIA Director is a Wahhabi convert, Brennan, and not the only one. How many has Hillary killed to fulfil implied contracts with Clinton State Department through Clinton “Charity” pay-to-play. Huma was working for Muslim Brotherhood front while working for Clinton Foundation, and while working at State Department.

Hillary will change her story, as we know she will do when that’s a risible lie.

Even those with clearance have no right to possess or even view classified material unless there is a need to know. It doesn’t matter what their clearance level is if there is no necessity. Huma better have her splainin’ hat on.

Would have thought that Yahoo spying on all users for the NSA would have seen these classified documents and told the FBI, or maybe they did and the FBI, as usually did nothing?

I never had a security clearance myself but one would assume that once you have no right to classified info (as in when you cease being a United States Representative) your clearance is immediately and automatically revoked.

That's not how it works. Having a security clearance doesn't give you access to see something, it means if you are required to have access to something, you have been cleared. So, in the above situation, after a person leaves office, their access to classified information is gone, if they held a clearance, having that clearance is moot, because they no longer have access to material.

When I was in the military, I was given a security clearance. When I left the service, I went into defense contracting, and many of my contracts required having a clearance, so having one made it easier to get those contracts.

I believe losing a clearance is a positive action, and not an automatic one.

More likely most of them are spam caused by Weiner’s porn activities...potentially the computer could have been infected through a porn site then hijacked to serve as a bot server sending spam.

Wikileaks is probably about to clear all that up for everybody (if not the who, at least the what).

If the marks are on Huma’s or Weiner’s devices but not on Shrillary’s emails that would PROVE that she INTENTIONALLY deleted the markings which is ILLEGAL and a Federal crime.

Your access to classified information may be ended but in some cases your clearance may still be there, in case you move directly into another job that requires that clearance. Separation from the military could end your clearance but it is not always the case on the civilian side.

Those 650,000 emails could be on “cloud” storage meaning not necessarily on local device.

Murder or the ‘Lolita Express’ where Hillary is participating with underage girls along with the rest of the hive...saw a couple of tweets saying their NYPD sources were floating this...have no idea if there’s anything to it or not...if it’s on Fox then it’s Catherine Herridge and she’s one of the good ones with excellent sources.
