and Palm Beach and Miami-Dade..lol. I'm in Palm beach, and when I voted today, a man in front of me stopped the counter machine in it's tracks. Reason??? He voted YES and NO for almost everything. When the lady told him he can't do that, he did not understand one word she said. NO speaka english.
