What is the NYTimes judging electoral vote count on its meters? Showing Hillary at plus 300. Thinking the numbers are not great and Luntz and NY Times know something more than we do.

The election map just jumped on Florida in the Fox News map - with 8% reporting, Hillary takes a slight lead.
