This is what we know. Pensacola, Panama City and all the borders to GA/AL can be quite a turn.

Of course, it could be a machine undervote. In 2012, there were machine undervotes against Romney in Wisconsin, Ohio, Virginia, and Florida. Obama won each state by about 100,000, as I recall.
