Washington (CNN)Hillary Clinton's campaign said Saturday it will take part in efforts to push for recounts in several key states, joining with Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who has raised millions of dollars to have votes counted again in Wisconsin.
But, in a post on Medium, Marc Elias, the campaign's counsel, said the campaign's own investigation has not uncovered any evidence of hacking of voting systems. In the campaign's most detailed comments to date on the recount, Elias wrote that while the campaign was not going to contest the results itself, it has decided now to take part in the effort to "ensure that it is fair to all sides."

An incomplete re-count IS a "failure to choose electors".
They don’t really expect to overturn the election. All this is to send a signal to democrats that they should be in a state of constant upset for 4 years and to do everything they can to sabotage Trump’s presidency.

The Democrat goal is not to win the recount, that’s impossible, the margins of Trumps win are too high.
The goal is to keep the protesters in the streets, keep them wound up and properly community organized to take up Obama’s post-office standard ....and post presidential campaign.
The question is, how do we destroy them?
When will wide scale riots begin, before the inauguration of after?
The left is loosing and they do not like it one bit. Now they are in extremis, and now is when the knives will come out.
The Dem party has been destroyed, and now who will fill the vacuum...liberal fascists? No doubt in my mind. Pelosi needs to get her act together or she will shortly be under the boot heel of Bernie Sanders and the other leftists of the Dem Party.
This is good news. America has rejected them, and will continue to do so.

A nice thought, but do you think the left would EVER be capable of seeing fraud or crime when they are the perps? I have known a few people who have had the attitude that all’s fair so long as it’s a means to an end. Those I know would not include murder or violence, but dirty tricks would be just fine with them. They regard it as a game and think that if the other side doesn’t exercise the same effort to commit fraud and dirty tricks that it is because they are stupid, not honorable. They think they care more and that the other side deserves to lose because they don’t care enough to make the effort to cheat. They think their side is moral and good and so they wave away any suggestion that the fraud they commit is a criminal act.
I think it’s pretty hard to change the mind of those with this sort of mentality.
My understanding is that even if those three states’ electoral votes weren’t cast, Trump would still have the electoral majority and be confirmed Pres by the House, so the delay tactic doesn’t hold water. I more expect that additional Dem votes will materialize, since they originally underestimated (and now know) the amount of votes they need to manufacture a win.
So it would be the majority of the votes cast regardless of how many votes are cast. Basically the votes of the other 47 states would be counted and the 3 in question are moot. So, Trump still wins. That’s okay with me. ;-)
..........I think reconsideration of NOT promising to not prosecute Hillary is going on in one certain mans mind in the Trump Tower, USA.
She may have guaranteed an indictment.
Trump MUST appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Clintons.
