Clinton campaign lawyer Marc E. Elias gave the scheme away in an article published Saturday morning at Medium announcing Clinton would join the recount effort in Wisconsin by Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein and that Clinton would join Stein should she also file for recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Elias wrote that starting the day after the election the Clinton campaign worked to find ways to reverse Trump’s election.
Elias’ statement:
…we have quietly taken a number of steps in the last two weeks to rule in or out any possibility of outside interference in the vote tally in these critical battleground states.
First, since the day after the election we have had lawyers and data scientists and analysts combing over the results to spot anomalies that would suggest a hacked result. These have included analysts both from within the campaign and outside, with backgrounds in politics, technology and academia.
Second, we have had numerous meetings and calls with various outside experts to hear their concerns and to discuss and review their data and findings. As a part of this, we have also shared out data and findings with them. Most of those discussions have remained private, while at least one has unfortunately been the subject of leaks.
Third, we have attempted to systematically catalogue and investigate every theory that has been presented to us within our ability to do so.
Fourth, we have examined the laws and practices as they pertain to recounts, contests and audits.
Fifth, and most importantly, we have monitored and staffed the post-election canvasses — where voting machine tapes are compared to poll-books, provisional ballots are resolved, and all of the math is double checked from election night. For a Democorrupt, “recount” always means “revote” with more mysteriously-appearing ballots being added, and “reinterpreting” ballots that may be ambiguous, always for the democrat.

How can the cost for a recount be paid on the day of filing, if the cost has not yet been determined?
The Wisconsin statute has language indicating that cost estimates will be made, and once completed, the petitioner then pays in full for the recount.
Why won’t the media report this? They must make it look real so as to get as many viewers when in reality there is ZERO chance this is legitimate.
Remember during the primaries when for 8 weeks all the media was talking about is the “brokered” convention? Everyone knew there would be no brokered convention or that Cruz was not going to make it but they kept lying. Then out of nowhere Trump was the nominee and that was the end of the brokered circus.
This recount is no different. It is a media event not a news event deigned to make profits for the MSM.

I heard over the weekend on Fox News that WI Legislators are preparing bills that would exclude any candidate except the top two from calling for a recount and then only if the margin is less than 1 percent.

Petitioner and the Notary looks like the same handwriting and just one person, especially the looped J. If it was signed by someone in Cuba this person may have signed as both people, maybe there wasn’t a U.S. Citizen who was a notary readily available.
The two signatures both say petitioner to the right so they should be identical. The US State department witness in Havana used a rubber stamp and seal.
Bigger issues may be why has that candidate with $6.9 million in unpaid campaign loans, and possibly leftover campaign cash, retired to a non-extradition country, and why is WI treating such a fugitive as a serious petitioner, and did the state department’s involvement in that petition coerce or intimidate the Democrat, Haas into breaking WI law and NOT requiring any payment of estimated cost at the time of his petition?
Agree with you that petitioner was stated by both sinatures, however above the second signature it says sworn before me and I believe it was supposed to have been signed by Stephen Martelli the notary. If a notary doesn’t sign the form, anyone could just use the notary stamp, so how would we know the notary was there? I don’t see Martelli’s signature yet he is the notary. Also doesn’t the notary license expire at some point, how would it be indefinite.
