DALLAS - The Republican elector who has gotten national attention for refusing to vote for Donald Trump at the Electoral College on Dec. 19 was apparently not a first responder on September 11, 2001 as he has stated for years and has a questionable career history, according to an investigation by WFAA.

Also this: “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress”

Wonder if the “manner...direct(ed)” by the state legislature, since they can require faithful voting, if they can also require “integrity”?

Has it been noticed that elector Chris Suprun is using far-left propagandists FENTON COMMUNICATIONS for his media inquiries?? These are “progressive” players involved in many left-wing causes.

On his Twitter page: https://twitter.com/TheChrisSuprun

Suprun says “Media inquiries to joe@fenton.com

I confirmed that fenton.com is the site for the loathsome Fenton Communications. They have been involved in many dishonest propaganda efforts over the years. Links to Soros, Tides Foundation, Obama and Alinsky style ops, etc etc.

What is a “Republican” elector doing with Fenton Communications?

Well done. Like Phoenix television did with Bill and Loretta on the tarmac.

how the hell did the Texas GOP accept this bozo as an Elector? this says as much about the incompetence of the Texas GOP as it does about this sociopathic con artist.

yeah but Fenton is even worse, and a much bigger deal -- it has 30+ yrs of working on behalf of a huge array of far left orgs. and persons.

The #1 "communications" shop of the hard left. Totally bizarre that a supposed "Republican" elector could end up represented by them:

Fenton Communications

He can be removed and replaced by a vote of the other Texas electors. That would happen Monday.

“He can be removed and replaced by a vote of the other Texas electors.”

I’m not sure if that is true. The Texas GOP might have to kick him out, and I don’t know if they can do that.

This is from the National Association of Secretaries of State site:
“The electors meeting to vote for president and vice-president may appoint a replacement elector by a majority vote of the qualified electors present if: (1) the vacancy occurred before presidential Election Day and a replacement was not chosen; (2) on or after presidential election day, an elector is declared ineligible or dies; or (3) the vacancy is declared.

To be eligible to serve as a presidential elector, a person must: be a qualified voter of this state; and not hold the office of United States senator, United States representative, or any other federal office of profit or trust. To be eligible to serve as a presidential elector for a political party, a person must be affiliated with the party.”

It is not a coincidence that so many of the people who have attacked Trump end up being exposed as the fakes they are. The simple reason is a two word phrase Dave Bossie Bossie is the best researcher in the business and is on Trump’s team. Any questions?

They can define ineligible any way they like. With the fraud in his bio, discussed by Rush L today, that should be enough. Use the phony bio to get picked should do it. Majority of the other electors.
