Trump, personally, used his charm offensive even on the gay crowd. I don’t think he wants them to be enemies. I’m sure he does not want “radical gayism” to take over America either, but America lived with “gays” in a kind of wink-wink detente for decades before our dear (irony?) lefties wickedly coaxed their vision to the modern socially destructive point.

Assuming he's charged and I'm a juror...I assess the evidence presented by the prosecution.If the evidence clearly points to an unlawful assault I assess the extent of the *physical* injuries.I then decide exactly what crime(s) were committed and vote guilty on those charges.
"Hate crime" charges? Not guilty on every such charge because I reject the basic concept of the "hate crime".

OK, so when they say “transgender woman” do they mean a man in denial of his sex who apes women who are not in denial of their sex ...or do they mean a woman who is in denial of her sex who apes men who are not in denial of their sex?
I can never be sure when journalists are using standard English or newspeak.
