House Intelligence Committee Will Investigate Obama Administration Wiretapping Of Trump Campaign

The US House of Representatives Intelligence Committee will investigate President Donald Trump’s “wiretapping” accusations from his predecessor Barack Obama, committee Chair Devin Nunes said Sunday.

From the NYPost:

The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee said on Sunday his panel will investigate allegations made by President Trump that the Obama administration tapped into the phones or computer servers of his campaign officials. “One of the focus points of the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation is the U.S. government’s response to actions taken by Russian intelligence agents during the presidential campaign,” said Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) in a statement.

“As such, the Committee will make inquiries into whether the government was conducting surveillance activities on any political party’s campaign officials or surrogates, and we will continue to investigate this issue if the evidence warrants it.”

Interesting that even after wiretapping him, the highest (and most corrupt) office in the land could not find any dirt on President Trump. Now we have to ask, “what again was the justification for this”?

The biggest point was that it allowed the Democraps and their MSM waterboys to claim during the campaign that Team Trump “Russia ties” were so serious as to merit national security investigations.

And the Dems will wail that nothing is getting done "for the country", something they did not do during Watergate....

Finding anything useful to them would have been a big bonus, of course, but the Democraps hoped that the mere word of such investigations would be fatal to the Trump campaign. Instead, the libtards have whiffed over and over and over again.

typical of the media scum now saying where is the proof, and why hasn’t Trump produced any evidence.
Weird as they have not said any of this about Russia.

NEW DEM SPIN:

"Why is Trump so obsessed with these wire-tapping allegations instead of doing what he was elected to do, heal the nation and putting America first and all that?"

“Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence”. I happen to agree with Carl Sagan on a lot of things, but this quote in particular. We have evidence, they do not. That is the difference.

I’m not sure that attitude is helpful or warranted.

As it stands, the GOP controls all branches of government. Clinton/Obama have VERY VERY effectively used the Executive Office in their favor over the years for getting away with literally everything.

That just isn’t going to be the case here.

Unsolicited mind you, Trump told the American people he was going to “Drain the Swamp”. Not only was that unsolicited, but it’s a very dangerous threat, that has since been countered by literally psychotic behavior by his political opponents and supporters.

Don’t ever threaten to kill someone unless you mean and have the means to do it. Trump is now out for a body count.

Now we know how Obama controlled the RINOs.
Obama cabal wiretapping everyone and blackmailing them to force them into submission.
Must be a lot of dirt swirling around in the lives of congressional members.
Harry Reid, however, just got the sh&t beat out of him and a car wreck.

Barack, Barry, or whoever he is and the people behind him belong in prison. The Saudis and Soros should be banned from the US as well as the muzzie brohood, CAIR and the UN.

It is amazing what 5 Trump tweets, just 5 with max 140 chars, can do to change to direction of things. That is the reason the establishment wants President Trump to stop tweeting.

It is going to be a long 8 years for the Rats.

Which Federal agency will supply the agents that do the actual investigation and how many if any Obama loyalists will be allowed? With Sessions’ recusal, how will Trump navigate this issue without having to utilize Obama leftovers?
