This is stunningly interesting and hopefully will be picked up by MSM and congressional investigators.
Sometimes when a person is deep inside an echo-chamber of like-minded ideologues, they might not realize what they’re saying is rather revealing to those on the outside. That’s the set up for former Obama administration official Evelyn Farkas (Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense) appearing on MSNBC and admitting first hand knowledge the Obama administration spied on candidate and president-elect Donald Trump’s transition team to gather “intelligence” for political use.
It would appear Ms. Farkas was so caught up in the discussion, she didn’t quite realize the significant admissions she was making about the Obama administration spying on Donald Trump’s team and generating classified intelligence for Ms. Farkas (and others) to spread to Capitol Hill politicians. MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski recognized the ‘oh-snap’ admission and tried to play it off,… but by then it was too late.

Well Dr. Farkas, how did you get the information on "Trump staff dealing with the Russians?" Can you please explain that to us, under oath? And do you know any of the leakers? Were you one of the leakers? Could you kindly tell us who else was trying to get information to the Hill?
She could "get dead" unexpectedly.
We'll see if she gets Seth Riched. Or maybe she's getting the heat off Hillary and on to Obama.

Dr. Farkas served her country. But not in the manner she intended.
You are correct, but as I noted in post #105, at the time she was interviewed there was no problem with talking about surveillance, because the only thing that mattered was whether or not there were any connections to the Russians. It was only when Trump fired away his famous tweets (on the night of the 4th Mars, H/T Fedora) that the story changed 180 degrees.
It was as if the MSM/Dims only then appreciated that this whole story could be turned against them. And from then on the only theme was that there had been no "wiretapping", no "surveillance" and everything was something that Trump imagined.
Could it really be that the MSM/Dims were that stupid?

I guess you know the story otherwise it is related in the above link. And here is the last couple of sentences from that blog:
"Media has conniption fit, because President Trump White House doesn’t care. President Trump and White House don’t care because entire “muh Russia” narrative is a nothingburger. Meanwhile high-information political types roll their eyes at the transparent agenda-question MSM avoids:

And apparently no one is going to ask that question in public until the President does so via a tweet. And then the story of the day will have to be "racism", "tax returns" or something new!

What I find revealing about this is their language in attempting to conceal this process of obtaining the intelligence and the source of the intelligence.
The tone and language the Left uses is what normal Americans would traditionally use in intelligence terms to obfuscate and conceal intelligence gathering so that our enemies do not catch on they are being eavesdropped on, and thus take steps to neutralize that intelligence.
Well, it is no surprise they view us as the enemy, the feeling is mutual and I have long viewed the left as an enemy, though emboldened as they have become over the last eight years, they are now (and have been) using the power of the state to monitor and retaliate against theirs.
Like all liars and dissemblers, they just cannot help themselves and if you let them keep talking and listen to what they say and you can hear what they are really up to.
100% correct, nothing she said means anything, she had a case of the mouth runs is all.
